5 Kanga Marloo Trailer Setup and Packup 1. Site trailer with 3 4m of space on passenger side for tent. 2. Disconnect from vehicle with Jockey wheel 3. Put on handbrake and place chocks on wheels (peg down if any slope). 4. Lower 2x stabiliser legs at rear of trailer (winder is in rear driver side compartment). 5. Unpack and place tarpaulin under tent floor 6. Unlatch locking pins (x2) on boat rack and let it rise on gas struts (put locking pins back in holes). 7. Unclip trailer lid (2x latches) and slowly lift using handle. Once partly lifted, gas struts will takeover and lid will lock in open position 8. Pull out tent (onto tarp). Locate roof cross bar within canvas. Pull out bar approx. 1m (no more) and then push downward. Gas struts will then activate and lock internal frame in place. 9. Pull out roof frame until roof canvas is fully extended. 10. Unzip entrance door and enter inside of tent 11. Lift mattress underneath are the 2x wall poles and 1xroof pole. 12. Insert roof pole into locating tabs (inside tent) 13. Insert vertical tent poles into locating holes in corners of roof frame (inside tent) 14. Tighten wingnuts on extendable tent frame on each side of tent (at ceiling) 15. Install step (in trailer) 16. Retrieve 2x poles and 1x extendable cross bar from pole compartment on front LHS of trailer 17. Outside of tent, install poles and cross bar (using guy ropes and pegs) 18. Unclip pantry box and swing open Open kitchen door keep fully open while sliding out kitchen 19. Unfold kitchen extension (bench) 20. Connect gas hose to gas bottle 21. Connect kitchen waste hose 22. Enjoy!! Packing up follow of steps above in reverse, with additional notes Roof cross bar needs to be pushed fully in once supporting poles are removed and extendable poles loosened. Triangular windows within tent should be left around 1/3 open Annexes The trailer comes with 3 annexe sections, located in the front compartment on the driver side of the trailer. 1. Small annexe wall for behind kitchen. Slides into runner on roof. 2. Larger annexe in front of tent. Also slides into runner on roof and then connects to tent with zipper. 3. Second annexe to extend first main annexe. All poles & pegs are within trailer for set up if needed. Annexes 1 and 2 can be installed together of separately depending on needs. Power 240v power in connection is on the driver side of trailer. 12v power box, switches, lightbars and cabling are located in the front passenger side compartment. Battery Charging If your car has an Anderson plug, the trailer battery will charge when this is connected Solar panels are located in the the driver s side front compartment, connector is in battery compartment. To connect panels, disconnected battery Anderson plug adjacent to battery and connect panel lead. Water tank Tank is 60L, fill point is a rear of trailer on LHS. 20L jerry can also included to refill tank on any day trips if needed.
