In the east, you ll be visiting Erquy and its charming fishing harbour, the pink sandsne cliffs and the unspoilt moor up Cap Fréhel and the Fort La Latte. In the west, at the end of the beach (4km), and just after the îlot du Verdelet, housing various bird species, you ll be charmed by the beach resort of Pléneuf-Val-André and the harbour of Dahouët. By taking the coastal path (GR34), you ll be making unforgettable strolls along the beaches and you ll discover a new landscape at each bend. The sea, the beach, nature, the calm all of these are brought gether, so hesitate no longer and come see us soon! 2 TARIFFS 2018 FOR A RENTAL ACCOMODATION «COTTAGE» ARRIVAL FROM 4PM AND DEPARTURE BEFORE 10 AM The applicable urist tax is a supplement. Dogs are exceptionally allowed in the rentals, subject compliance with basic hygiene rules (concerning fur). Dogs should never be left alone inside the mobile home, or on a camping pitch. The supplement for a dog in a rental is of 3 per night. In low season, arrivals and departures are possible every day of the week, subject availabilities. Please contact us for availabilities. Rental periods are flexible in April, May, June and September. For stays that end on 7th July at the latest and all stays that star from 18th August, you ll benefit from a 10 % discount for a stay of 2 consecutive weeks, a discount of 15 % for 3 weeks and 20 % for 4 weeks. All our rental accommodations are recent, comfortable and equipped as follows: equipped kitchen with gas burners, sink, fridge, tableware and kitchenware a gas boiler an electric heater double bed of 1.40x1.90 single beds of 80x1.90 garden furniture with chairs, a parasol and a drying rack WOODEN TERRACE TELEVISION. ITINERARY TO THE CAMPSITE Washing machine & dryer FOR CAMPING PITCHES AND RENTAL AND ATYPICAL ACCOMMODATIONS, YOU HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO TAKE OUT CANCELLATION INSURANCE : (see terms). 11 for a stay on a camping pitch and 4,50 per night for the rent of a mobile home. Cancellations must be notified in writing. WARRANTY DEPOSIT: For the rental accommodations, a warranty deposit of 100 is asked upon arrival. It includes damage material and the cleanliness of the accommodation, and will be handed back you by the end of your stay, after deduction of costs for possible missing or broken items. In case the rental is not left in a clean state, an amount of 50 will be held back from the warranty deposit. The warranty deposit is not a limit liability; the tenant must have public liability insurance. In case of litigation, only the Commercial Court of Saint-Brieuc will be competent. LITIGATION: To resolve any dispute, please first contact cusmer service at the office. If your concern is not resolved, you have the option request mediation via Medicys consumer services, provided that you do so within one year of the date you submitted a writen copy of your complain us, with return receipt and signature confirmation.
