3 EQUIPMENTS RECOMMENDED TO HAVE: Scissor Lift Impact Gun 12 Step Ladder Bob Cat/ Fork Lift GENERAL ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE 1. Perform an inventory check before installation. 2. Secure base plate flanges to a FLAT solid surface. 3. Assemble every group of arches on ground first. 4. Begin frame assembly with front and end arch assembled and installed. 5. Assemble remaining groups of interior arches. 6. Install main cover over frame. 7. Install end cover over end panels. MAINTENANCE AND CARE The unit should be completely inspected internally and externally on a monthly basis to ensure maximum shelter lifespan. Particular attention should be paid to but not limited to: checking all carriage bolts and hardware connectors to ensure they are in place and tightened. The unit will strain against base plate flange under windy conditions. Connection to frame members should be maintained tight and depth of pegs should be checked to ensure they remain deeply and firmly set. All snow accumulation on the main cover should be removed as soon as possible. Tap the main cover from the inside with a broom or soft brush to keep the cover free of debris. The poly rope that secures the main cover to the bottom rail of the frame should be checked and adjusted as needed. The tension on the main cover should be uniform from both ends and from side to side. Rope ends must be tied off onto the frame members at the ends of each side. Cover and doors can be cleaned with a mixture of light detergent and water. A soft bristle brush with the mixture can be used to loosen any hard dirt, mold, or buildup on the cover. After cleansing, the cover should be rinsed thoroughly to avoid any chemical reaction from residual detergent. Allowing dirt and debris to sit on cover over an extended time will damage cover irreparably.

10 Step #1 --SECURING BASE FLANGES Remove all components from packaging to ensure all components are present by checking with the parts list. Begin by determining an exact location for the four (4) corners of the building. Mark the front edge and the sides of the building in the chosen location. Drive alignment stakes into the ground outside of the markings and draw alignment strings along both ends and sides of the building to the dimensions shown in Figure 3. The outline of the strings will represent the final location of the base flanges. The initial location of each Corner Base Flanges (6R & 6L) is critical to the alignment of the frame components and cover. Locate the Left Corner Base (Part# 6L)Flange and Right Corner Base Flange (Part# 6R). Secure the base flanges with Stake Pegs (Part #21). The Shelter must be secured to a firm surface that can retain augers and pegs firmly in position. The shelter should be installed on FIRM GROUND, not on SWAMP, SOFT/WET GROUND. The Base Flanges (Part#6L, 6R, 6L-A, 6R-A, 7L, 7R) must be secured so they cannot be moved. Arches are to be tensioned at their base as they are inserted into the Base Plate sockets. INSTALLATION TIP: 6L and 6R base flanges determines the orientation of the shelter. It is critical to have accurate base flange spacing and a FLAT surface foundation. It may be necessary to do a trial installation using two arches and one set of horizontal tubes to see if the base plate spacing is correct before nailing down any anchor bolts or stake pegs

12 Step #2 --ARCH ASSEMBLY Assemble each arch on the ground. Each arch consists of: One Top roof tube (Part # 1/1A/1B) Two Upper Roof curving tubes (Part # 2/2A/2B) Two Lower Roof curving tubes (Part # 3/3A/3B) Two Roof curving tubes at shoulder height (Part # 4/4A/4B) Two Sidewall tubes (Part# 5/5A/5B) Connect the arches by using hexagon bolts (Part#27 is for front and back panel, Part#25 is for interior arches) with washers and nuts through predrilled holes in frame members. Do not tighten down the nuts completely until the frame is fully assembled and set in place A /25B /25C 1A 2A A 4A 11 10A A Figure.6 Front and Rear Panel INSTALLATION TIP: THE FRONT AND BACK PANELS ARE NOT THE SAME AS INTERIOR PANELS. PLEASE DO NOT MIX THEM UP!

13 Step#3--ERECTING ARCHES Figure.7Attaching Arches to Base Flanges Begin frame assembly by erecting Front Door Panel (Part# 1A,2A, 3A, 4A,5A) into Front Corner Base Flanges (Part# 6L). Place left frame sidewall tubing (Part# 5A) into the upright tube socket (Part# 4A) then into the Left Base Flange (Part# 6L). Then place hexagonal bolt (Part#27 is for front and back panel, Part#25 is for interior arches) through base flange socket (Part#6L) and arch sidewall tube (Part# 5A) hole. In order to insert Right Sidewall Tube (Part# 5A) into Right Front Corner flange (Part# 6R), it is necessary to support the arch on the left side to prevent movement. Once the Right Sidewall Tube is placed into right corner base flange (Part# 5R), insert a hexagonal bolt and nut (Part#27 is for front and back panel, Part#25 is for interior arches) to prevent it from popping out of the socket. Next stand first interior arch up to repeat insertion into Base flanges (Part# 7L & 7R). Figure.8 Immediately after putting the first interior arch into place, connect Front Arch and Interior arch using Roof Horizontal Tubes (Part# 9) at top and side. Secure the Roof horizontal tubes (Part# 9) into place using hexagon bolts and nuts (Part#26). Continue and repeat the installation of Interior Arch Assemblies. Lastly, tighten frame bolts adequately; DO NOT over tighten bolts to avoid frame compression. Continue to install other Arches in the same manner. INSTALLATION TIP: Make sure to position holes located in each truss member facing upward towards the sky in order to receive Horizontal tubes! Once your first front panel is installed, it is necessary to temporarily firmly secure the entire front panel until the second truss assembly is erected so that #11 horizontal tubes can be positioned to brace everything together.

14 Step#4--WIND STABILIZERS WIRES AND TURNBUCKLES As Figure 10 shows, there are steel wires with turnbuckles on both front and back panel to strengthen the frame (Part# 33,34A and 34B). After installing all steel wires (two on each door panel), tighten the turnbuckles slightly to adjust the arches vertically to add rigidity. 1A 2A A 4A 34B A A 34B 34A ,34A,34B Figure.10 Position of Wind Stabilizer INSTALLATION TIP: Some installers prefer to have the wind stabilizer assembled on the ground when the truss is being put together in that way it is easier to assemble. STEP 5 - APPLYING ANTI-WEAR PAD After setting up the entire frame, protect the tarp from cuts and rips by using Zap Straps provided (Part #13A) to strap down one Anti-Wear Pads (Part #13) per each arch's joint connections. INSTALLATION TIP: IT IS CRITICAL TO MONITOR AND CHANGE THE ANTI WEAR PADS OVERTIME AS IT IS MUCH COST EFFECTIVE TO REPLACE ANTI WEAR PADS THAN AN ENTIRE TARP.

15 Step#6--POSITION ROOF COVER Cover must be pulled over top of the frame without being snagged or stressed on any frame members. Use multiple ropes over the top of the frame as shown in figure.11 below. To avoid damaging the cover and frame, have another person inside of the frame structure on a ladder to assist in getting Roof Cover over the frame. N N N N Figure.11 Pull the Roof Cover over the Frame Evenly INSTALLATION TIP: The tarp weighs 800lbs for this unit. If you were unable to pull the tarp using ropes provided, we would recommend using a telescopic boom truck to lift the tarp over. Loop the band (Part#23) for tie down ratchet around the tensioning tube (Part#17)through the holes determined and cut by users in the pocket of the roof cover Then put the bands through the reel of the ratchet A 17 Figure 12 Fastening the Roof Cover Figure.12 Fastening the Roof Cover INSTALLATION TIP: THE RING EYELETS ARE TO BE ON THE INSIDE OF THE SHELTER SO THAT YOU CAN FASTEN THE ROPE TO THE FIRST AND LAST TRUSS PANEL.IT IS CRITICAL THAT THE RING EYELETS ARE FACING THE FRONT AND REAR ENDS OF THE DOOR.

16 Step#7--TENSION COVER ON FRAME FROM SIDE TO SIDE As Figure 12 shows, when Roof Cover is over top of Frame Assembly, insert Cover Tensioning Tubes (Part# 17) into pockets along both sides of Roof Cover(Part# 29). Align one side of Roof Cover evenly front to back. Next take up slack in the tie bands by adjusting the ratchet. Evenly adjust ratchets on both sides of the roof cover to take wrinkles. DO NOT fully strap down the cover yet. Leave adequate slack so that the cover can also be adjusted front to back in the next step. INSTALLATION TIPS: TENSIONING TUBES COMES IN 2 SIZES LABELLED WITH THE SAME NUMBER. THERE WILL BE TWO SHORTER PIECES FOR EACH SIDE THAT ARE USED TO CAP THE ENDS OF THE TENSIONING TUBES. Step#8--TIGHTEN ROOF COVER ON FRAME FRONT TO BACK The rope already placed inside the roof cover secures the roof cover. The rope is to be tie onto corner flanges (Part# 6L & 6R). Zig-zag ropes (Part #31) from top arch (Part #1A) down to bottom arch (Part#5A) to secure roof cover onto front and rear arch. At this point, the roof cover can be pulled tight enough to take all wrinkles out of the cover. It will be necessary to repeat this step 2-3 weeks after the unit assembly is completed. 17 Step#9 ASSEMBLE FRONT AND BACK COVER Secure the front and back cover (Part#30) to the front and back arch by using the ropes (Part#31) provided. Zig-zag the front and back panel cover (Part# 30) onto Front Panel Arch (Part 1A) first and work your way down to front and rear sidewall tube (Part#5A). Once that is completed, tie off the ends onto the corner of front and rear sidewall tube (Part# 5A). INSTALLATION TIP: THE ROLLING DOORS CAN BE DIFFICULT TO INSTALL.
