Our History Since 1979 Ohenry productions Inc. has been manufacturing heavy duty vinyl tents for the tent industry.

We use only top quality first run materials, most of them made right here in the good old U.S.A.

If you need a tent that will stand the test of time, you will be glad Ohenry does not rent tents.

The ATF used a donated Ohenry tent for shelter during the Waco standoff with David Koresh.

2 Our History Since 1979 Ohenry productions Inc. has been manufacturing heavy duty vinyl tents for the tent industry. We specialize in the construction of a tent that will endure the abuse of the weather, and the wear and tear of daily use. We use only top quality first run materials, most of them made right here in the good old U.S.A. Standard sizes are from 15 x 15 to 80 x 300. If you need a tent that will stand the test of time, you will be glad Ohenry does not rent tents. We have chosen to concentrate entirely on manufacturing our tents and shipping them worldwide. The ATF used a donated Ohenry tent for shelter during the Waco standoff with David Koresh. In 2003 Ohenry answered the call when our boys in Afghanistan needed temporary housing. Several semi truck loads of tents were air freighted to Afganistan by the U.S. Army. Again Ohenry was there with truck loads of tents for use by FEMA during the onslaught of the hurricanes which ravaged Florida in These tents were delivered to FEMA within 24 hours. Again in 2005 truck loads of Ohenry tents served as temporary housing

A minimum of 10% of the proceeds of all our gross sales is given to charity.

Presently, we have completed our investment in the construction of fifteen new churches in Mexico, as well as three churches in Peru!

3 Our Mission Our mission at Ohenry Productions is to build the finest tent in the world, at an affordable price. Tents which will endure the test of time, and be simple to install. We use only materials made right here in America whenever possible. A minimum of 10% of the proceeds of all our gross sales is given to charity. We are involved not only in our local community, but in other countries as well. Presently, we have completed our investment in the construction of fifteen new churches in Mexico, as well as three churches in Peru! In 2006 we were able to complete the exterior finish including all the windows and doors on a large medical center in central Romania. Also in 2006 we completed construction on our first Romanian church building. Currently we are continuing a to assist in charitable projects in our local town.

Frame Tent Versus Pole Tent If you are considering purchasing a frame tent, there are a few things we would like to make you aware of so you can wisely choose between a frame tent, or a pole tent.

4 Frame Tent Versus Pole Tent If you are considering purchasing a frame tent, there are a few things we would like to make you aware of so you can wisely choose between a frame tent, or a pole tent. Frame tents are more expensive than pole tents. Typical installation time for a 20 x30 frame tent = 4- men 1.5 hours Typical installation time for a 20 x30 pole tent = 2-men 20 minutes Typical installation time for a 40 x80 frame tent = 10 men 6-7 hours Typical installation time for a 40 x80 pole tent = 2 men 1.5 hours A pole tent is much more portable than a frame tent. Pole tents are easier to install than a frame tent. 20x20 Frame Tent 20x20 Pole Tent Frame tents are NOT Free Standing as sometimes advertised. They must be staked out just like a pole or tension structure must be. The only exception is for indoor use. Pole tents will withstand higher wind loads than a frame tent. The hardware on a frame tent is very specialized, including pieces which are either cast aluminum, or welded steel. If you lose or damage one of these pieces, your frame tent is useless until you can find a replacement part from the manufacturer. Frame tents do have some advantages for certain situations which do not allow complete staking.
