THE CLASSIC ONES OPEN AWNINGS, SEMI-CASSETTE AWNINGS, BOX AWNINGS Universal sun and heat protection made to measure: STOBAG sun awnings provide many benefits and ensure hours of relaxation in the shade. Awnings are usually installed on walls or under roofs. The sprung jointed or telescopic arms push the end profile out and thereby roll out the awning cover from the roller shaft. The high stability of the jointed or telescopic arms enables a free floating and safe projection without additional supports. The use of the telescopic arm technology developed by STOBAG makes it possible to achieve very large projections of up to 5 meters and thereby create huge areas of shade of up to 90 m 2 per awning. A glass canopy with built-in outstanding shading and no bothersome supports embodies a new generation of multifunctional sun and weather protection for the most stringent demands. The robust roof glazing provides shelter during rainfall. The natural daylight on the inside meanwhile is maintained. On hot days, the built-in textile awning projecting over the glass surfaces ensures cool, extensive shading. Top quality components made of powdercoated aluminium, laminated safety glass and high-tech textile fabric guarantee a long service life. An optional cover board protects the awning from the elements when retracted. SEMI-CASSETTE AWNING Thanks to the integrated cover board or the semicassette, the powder-coated aluminium design achieves maximum stability, alongside effective protection for the fabric and mechanisms. BOX AWNING Protected on all sides by a cassette, the fabric and technology are completely enclosed and secured. 8 THE CLASSIC ONES OPEN AWNINGS SIGMA AZUR SELECT JUMBO The compact STOBAG awnings were designed for overall protection of terraces and patios in private homes or restaurants. The variable fi xing options allow the equipment to be securely fi tted to the wall, ceiling or rafters. Additional extras such as a cover board, the drop down valance or the variable adjustable incline allow this open awning to be adapted to many different conditions. A special STOBAG arm-bracket combination allows for projections up to 5 metres. Continual quality control and the use of tried and tested brand fabrics with up to 100 % UV protection guarantee maximum safety and functionality. Choose from over 350 fabric designs and thousands of colour combinations. TELESCOPIC ARM STOBAG s very own telescopic arm technology ensures that the fabric is always taut and the designs sleek and space-saving. SELECT JUMBO SELECT CROSS-OVER FOLDING ARMS Used primarily where more projection than width is required. Thanks to a special design with cross-over folding arms, narrow roof terraces and window niches can be provided with shade, hassle-free. TOP BOARD A cover board protects the fabric and technical components from the build-up of dirt when the awning is closed and allows the awning to blend in with the facade. Different installation options allow the equipment to be easily fitted to the wall, ceiling and rafters. The awning is operated by a crank or electric motor. Several variations of remote controls and controls with sun and wind sensors are available for automation. SEMI-CASSETTE The built-in cover board, which is lengthened slightly towards the back, protects the awning when closed and has the appearance of a cassette awning. DROP DOWN VALANCE The up to 170 cm high drop-down drop down valance valance gives you protection from the setting sun and the prying eyes of nosy neighbours. IDEAL BOX The slim aluminium case protects the fabric when the awning is closed. Flexible installation on the facade is guaranteed thanks to the outer folding arms joined to a stable triangular back bar. On hot days, the optionally integrated shading which protrudes over the glass surfaces, provides cool, extensive shade. CHANNELLED RAINWATER A water drainage system can be integrated into the front of the awning, which drains water off to the side. They protect you from your neighbours prying eyes or annoying high winds and also provide lateral shade. The blind can be pulled out by hand using the adjustable handle up to 400 cm and fixed in position. Various poles and brackets are available for positioning. The integrated spring shaft tensions the fabric permanently and gives optimum hold. When rolled in, the fabric is protected in the elegant aluminium box. Both SIRO models can be installed vertically or horizontally. The FLEX version can be used according to your requirements. The whole construction is simply hung in the wall console and fixed. Additional brackets allow the system to be moved from place to place with no great effort.
