By pressing a conveniently positioned lever, the blade tip gently lifts the epiglottis in a smooth, controlled motion to give a clear view of the vocal chords. Instruments should not be subjected to more that 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 177 degrees Celsius. Warranty: Our reusable handles come with a 5 year storage/performance warranty. We will repair or replace our laryngoscopes in case of defective material or poor workmanship. Instrument care: Use deionized water for sterilization, and always clean before sterilization with PH 7.0 cleaning solution. Do not expose instruments to atmospheres of chloride ions, mineral acids and fumes. Clean immediately after use by wiping and brushing with a soft plastic brush.
