Other attractions: Albion Park Air Museum, C1 Speed Indoor Karting, Weekly Farmers' Market and the Kiama Blowhole. Halloween fancy dress for Father & Sons - Saturday night.

3 Father & Son Camp Information Dates: Friday 26 October to Sunday 28 October 2018 Location: BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park, Kiama 30 Ocean Street Kiama NSW 2533 Camp fees can be paid by either of the following; EFT Account Name: Bosco Youth Centre Father And Son Camp BSB : & Account Number: Details: SJBFS 18 <insert last name> Or At Engadine Dry Cleaners, Station Street from Monday 6 th August Early bird payment must be received no later than up to Midday Saturday 6 th October 2018, otherwise the standard rate applies thereafter. These are fixed fees & there s no concessions for the number of days not spent at the camp. Campsite Fee: Medical: Attendance: Assistance: Are included in the costs above. (Excludes cabin accommodation) Cabins booked last year for this years camp need to be verified with BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park by the 31st August or risk loss of booking. In the interests of health & safety, please notify the committee of any person with a known medical condition. If your son suffers from e.g. Asthma, allergies etc. please ensure you have the appropriate medication. Please note: This is a Father & Son Camp. We can only accept Fathers and Sons and all exceptions to this must be in writing to: Michael Howard, President, 60A Cooriengah Heights Road Engadine NSW The committee requests your assistance in; Erecting the marquee, BBQ s & cover, drinks machines & cover, setting up kitchen area, setting up the lighting and sound systems on Friday morning. Preparing meals, serving & clean up after meals. Dismantle & pack equipment on Sunday. What you need to bring: Tents, sleeping gear, lamp, torches, table & chairs, wet weather gear, swimmers, toilet requisites, eating utensils (knife, spoon, dinner plate and soup plates, cup or mug & tea towel) and Sun screen. Do not forget beach towels and sporting gear (we do have some bats & balls) Please ensure that your sleeping arrangements have been organised to avoid disappointment on arrival.

This may vary depending on rides abilities. More information to follow Saturday 27 October 12:30am Lunch Games on the grass, scooters, push bikes, jumping pillow, a game of golf, swimming or snooking or fishing with dad. 6:00pm Dinner and Halloween Dress Up Movie No.1 / Desert & Movie No.2 8:00am Breakfast Sunday 28 October 10:00am Pack-up camp including marquee, BBQ s, kitchen, lighting and sound system 12:30am Lunch & depart for home

5 Father & Son Camp & Holiday Park Rules: The under mentioned rules are for the protection of all and are designed to assist you have a good weekend. 1. Shoes or thongs are to be worn within the camp area at all times. 2. NO Water Bombs, No Fires or No excessive noise 3. Children are prohibited from using playground equipment between 8pm and 8am. 4. No playing or running between tents (tent pegs can be dangerous). 5. Washing up is not to be done at the campsites. Please use the sinks in the Kitchen area. 6. Fathers are responsible for their sons at all times. 7. Children wishing to go on bush walks or canoeing etc, must be accompanied by an adult. 8. Parking All vehicles must be parked in the designated site car park. 9. After dark, no boys are to leave the camp areas unless accompanied by their father. 10. Your campsite must be kept and left tidy and free of rubbish at all times. 11. PERMANENT CARAVANS ARE NOT TO BE TAMPERED WITH IN ANY MANNER. 12. PLAYING IN THE TOILET BLOCKS IS NOT PERMITTED. 13. Please note that pets are NOT permitted at BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park Kiama in any accommodation or caravan/camping site. Bike/Scooter Policy All guests staying in the park that are riding bikes and scooters are required to register as a rider at reception whilst checking in It is essential that all guests read the Park Terms and Conditions to ride within BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park and complete the required details for each and every rider in your family or group Once completed, the wristband provided at reception will give guests access to both the swimming pool and jumping pillow and enable guests to ride their bikes and scooters responsibly throughout the park Not many rules, but essential ones where large numbers of young people are concerned. Their safety is of prime importance. We seek your support in ensuring that all enjoy a safe weekend. We ask you to be responsible for the behaviour of your child/children. Fathers and Guardians The committee have no objection to liquid intake after meals but we ask that you restrict this to one or two cleansing ale s. When the precious boys are tucked up in bed, you are free to indulge. The idea of the camp is for you to spend time with your sons. It is to them that we wish to set good examples. After all, it is their weekend. The father and son committee will endeavour to take all reasonable care, however, the committee will not accept any responsibility whatsoever relating to expenses as a result of any injury, illness, loss of property or damage which may occur during the period of the camp.
