Unfortunately, we do not have a microwave on site to warmup food, so please pack a lunch and snacks that do not require heatup. Not all camp sites have a refrigerator. For their safety, all campers and camp counselors must wear closedtoed and closed heel shoes. And please remember, all personal items are brought to camp at your own risk. The YMCA will not assume any responsibility for personal items brought to camp that may get lost or stolen. Campers will have so much to do at camp that they shouldn t have a need to bring any personal items to entertain themselves. Also, please do not allow your child to bring electronics, such as cellular phone and gaming devices to camp! Some camp weeks do have a scheduled Share Time where children may bring a share item at their own risk. Please do not send expensive or sensitive share items.
