If you have any questions regarding this product, call Pfaucet ( ). 1 BEFORE PROCEEDING WARNING: Read all the instructions completely before proceeding. Price Pfister recommends calling a professional if you are uncertain about installing this product! This product should be installed in accordance with all local and state plumbing and building codes. 2 5 FAUCET INSTALLATION 5B 5A 5B 5D 2 SHUT OFF WATER SUPPLY Locate water supply inlets and shut off the water supply valves. These are usually found under the sink or near the water meter. If you are replacing an existing faucet, remove the old faucet from the sink and clean the sink surface thoroughly. 3 5C 5C 5B 3 TOOLS RECOMMENDED Plumber's putty Slotted screwdriver Philips head screwdriver Pliers Adjustable wrench Flashlight Cloth Your installation may require new supply lines and / or shut-off valves or other additional tools. 5 VALVE BODY ATTACHMENT Remove Clip (5A) from Valve Body (5B) and save. From above sink, insert Valve Body (5B) through Mounting Holes (5C). The HOT valve, labeled with Red Tag (5D), should be positioned to the left side of the spout. 6 4 C A C D 6E 6E B G F J F F H E B G 6F 6D 6B 6C 6A 6B 6C 6A 6F H K H 6D 4 CHECKING THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX Upon opening the box, check to ensure that all of the following items are included: A Spout Body B Valve Bodies (2X) C Handles (2X) D Side Spray E Hose Guide F Putty Rings (3X) G Square Washers (2X) H Locknuts (3X) J Round Washer K Hose If any of these items are missing, please contact Price Pfister Consumer Services at Pfaucet ( ). 2 6 VALVE BODY INSTALLATION Before proceeding, Valve Stems (6A) are to be set in the closed position. From underneath sink, place Square Washer (6B) onto Valve Shank (6C) and tighten loosely with Mounting Nut (6D). Temporarily place Handle (6E) onto Valve Stem (6A) to make sure the handle levers are properly aligned to sink. Remove Handle (6E) and tighten Mounting Nut (6D) until Valve Body (6F) is firmly secured to sink. Do not use Handles (6E) to tighten or to rotate Valve Bodies (6F)!

3 7 7C 10 7C 7A 7D 7B 7B 7A 7D 7 HANDLE ATTACHMENT Place Plastic Seal Rings (7A) against the bottom of Handle Hubs (7B). Connect Handles (7C) onto Valve Adapters (7D). 8 8B 10C 10A 10B 8A 10 SECURING SPOUT BODY From underneath sink, place large Washer (10A), and Locknut (10B) onto Mounting Shank (10C). Tighten faucet firmly to sink. 8 SECURING HANDLES Be sure Valves and Levers are in the OFF position. Secure handles by holding the Lever (8B) in place and tighten the Hubs (8A) by rotating them in a clockwise direction. To remove handles, rotate Hubs (8A) in a counterclockwise direction A 11B 9C 9B 9A 11C 9 SPOUT BODY INSTALLATION Apply plumber s putty into groove on bottom of Gasket (9A) per manufacturer s recommendations. Place Gasket (9A) under base of Spout Body (9B). From above sink, insert Mounting Shank (9C) through center hole of sink HOSE GUIDE INSTALLATION Insert Hose Guide Shank (11A) through Flange Gasket (11B) and into the sink hole. From underneath sink, secure Hose Guide (11A) by screwing Plastic Locknuts (11C). Hand tighten. Caution: do not over tighten!

4 A 14E 14B 14C 14A 12B 14A 14E 14A 14B 14D 14E 12 SIDE SPRAY INSTALLATION Insert Side Spray Hose (12A) through Hose Guide (12B) HOSE CONNECTION TO VALVE BODY Slide the End Connectors (14A) with arrow (14D) pointing up onto the Valve Bodies (14B). Push the End Connectors (14A) all the way up until completely seated. Be careful not to damage O-Rings (14C). Place Clips (14E) onto End Bodies (14B) to secure End Connectors (14A) B 13B 15A 13C 13D 13A 15B 15C 15A 13A 15A 13 HOSE CONNECTION TO SPOUT BODY From underneath sink, insert the Center Connector (13A) onto Spout Shank (13B). Slide Clip (13C) into Center Connector Holes (13D), to secure unit SIDE SPRAY HOSE CONNECTION From underneath sink, push Spray Hose Fitting (15A) into Center Connector Collet (15B) until unable to push any further. Pull on connection Fittings (15A). If the Fittings (15A) and the Inner Collets (15C) separate slightly but do not pull off, the connections are secure.

5 16 FAUCET FUNCTIONS 18 HOT COLD OPEN OPEN 16B 16A HOT 16B 18A 16A COLD 18 FAUCET FUNCTION COLD valve: close-counterclockwise, open-clockwise; HOT valve: close-clockwise, open-counterclockwise. The Spout (18A) can be rotated around the Faucet Body in any direction. Note: Flush faucet before turning on valve (see step 20). 16 WATER SUPPLY CONNECTIONS Connect water Supply Lines (16A) to Faucet Inlets (16B). Hot water supply lines go into left inlet. Cold water supply lines go into right inlet. (Supply lines not included). Please follow manufacturer s instructions when installing supply lines B 19A 17 UNIT START UP Turn on hot and cold water supplies, and check for leaks above and below the sink. 19 SIDE SPRAY OPERATION Side Spray (19A) can be pulled out to spray water in any direction. To activate the Side Spray (19A), press Toggle Button (19B) located on the back of Side Spray (19A). 5

6 20 MAINTENANCE & CARE 22 22A 20E 20D 20A 20B 20C 22A 22B 20 FLUSHING & AERATOR CLEANING After installation is complete, remove Aerator Housing (20A). Turn Valve (20B) on and allow both hot and cold water to run for at least one minute each. While water is running, check for leaks. To clean the aerator, disassemble Aerator Housing (20A) by separating the Aerator Shell (20C), Basket (20D), and Washer (20E). Once parts have been cleaned, reassemble by reversing steps C 22 VALVE CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT Turn off water supplies and relieve pressure before working on your faucet (see step 2). Remove Handles (22A) and Seal Rings (22B) (see step 8). Unscrew Cartridge Assembly (22C) and inspect. Replace parts as necessary. 21G 21H 21J 21F 21K 21B 21A 21D 21E 21G 21H CAUTION: Maintenance DISASSEMBLY 1. Replacement parts may be available at the store where you purchased your faucet. 2. When replacement parts are not available, please write or call Price Pfister Consumer Service. 3. Always turn off water and relieve pressure before working on your faucet. NOTE: Trim Care Cleaning Instructions: For all Handles and decorative finishes, use only a soft damp cloth to clean and shine. Use of polish, detergents, abrasive cleaners, organic solvents or acid may cause damage. Use of other than a soft damp cloth will nullify our warranty! Special Trim: Trim products which contain Porcelain or other similar substance are not acceptable for public areas or Commercial use. Installation of Said Trim is at Users Risk! 21C 21B 21A 21D 21A 21C 20B 21 HOSE REMOVAL Turn off water supplies and relieve pressure before working on your faucet. To remove Side Spray Hose (21A), push up on Hose Fitting (21B). Holding Plastic Collet (21C) in place, pull downward on Hose Fitting (21B) until Center Connector (21D) is free. To detach Hose Assembly (21E), remove Clips (21F) from End Valves (21G) and pull the End Connectors (21H) from End Valves (21G). Remove Clip (21J) from Center Connector (21D).
