This Lavatory Faucet is easy to install using basic tools and our easy to follow illustrated instructions. If you have any questions regarding your Lavatory Faucet installation, call Pfaucet ( ). 1 BEFORE PROCEEDING FUCET INSTLLTION STEPS WRNING: Read all the instructions completely before proceeding. Price Pfister recommends calling a professional if you are uncertain about installing this product! This product should be installed in accordance with all local and state plumbing and building codes. 5 BOTTOM GROOVE SHUT OFF WTER SUPPLY Locate water supply inlets and shut off the water supply valves. These are usually found under the sink or near the water meter. If you are replacing an existing faucet, remove the faucet from the sink and clean the sink surface thoroughly. 3 3 TOOLS RECOMMENDED PTFE plumber's tape or thread sealant Plumber's putty Slotted screwdriver Phillips head screwdriver Pliers djustable wrench Flashlight Cloth Your installation may require supply lines and/or shut-off valves, cone washers, friction rings, or other additional tools. Consult the store where your faucet was purchased for recommended connections that may be required for you area. 4 E 5 PUTTY PLTE TTCHMENT Following manufacturer s recommendations on use, apply plumber s putty into putty groove in bottom of Putty Plate (5). Install the Putty Plate over the three holes in your sink B C B 6 D 6C 4 CHECKING THE CONTENTS OF THE BOX Upon opening the box, check to ensure that all of the following items are included. Faucet D Putty Plate B Lift Rod E Pop-Up ssembly C Wingnuts (2x) If any of these items are missing, please contact Price Pfister Consumer Service at Pfaucet ( ). 2 6 FUCET INSTLLTION Insert Faucet Shanks (6) through the end holes of the sink. Press Deck Plate (6B) onto Putty Plate (6C).

3 B 7B 7B 7 9 POP-UP ROD CONNECTION Insert Lift Rod (9) into hole at the back of Spout (9B). Gently, slide Lift Rod (9) down the hole in Spout Hub (9B). 7B POP-UP DRIN BODY INSTLLTION STEPS 10 10L 7 SECURING FUCET lign Faucet (7) to sink surface. From underneath sink, secure Faucet using Wingnuts (7B). Hand tighten F 10G 8 10J 10K 10H 10C 8B 10D 10C 8 10B 10E 8 WTER SUPPLY CONNECTIONS Connect water Supply Lines (8) to Faucet Inlets (8B). (Supply lines and fittings are not included). Please follow manufacturer s instructions when installing supply lines. 10 POP-UP PREPRTION Remove Flange (10) and unscrew Nut (10C) from the Pop-Up Drain Body (10B). Retain the Packing Ring (10D) inside the Ball Rod Opening (10E). Take off the Spring Clip (10F) from the Ball Rod (10G). Place the Nut (10C) over the Ball Rod (10G). Remove Locknut (10H), Friction Washer (10J), Rubber Washer (10K), and Stopper (10L) from Flange (10). 3

4 F 13G B 13E 13D 11C 13C 11D 11E 11F 11G 11 POP-UP INSTLLTION pply a small bead of putty underneath the Flange (11) and place a ring of putty around Drain Opening (11B) of sink. Use PTFE plumber s tape to all threaded fittings according to manufacturer s instructions. Insert Flange (11) into Drain Opening (11B). From underneath, insert Rubber Washer (11C) and Friction Washer (11D) over the bottom of Flange (11). Thread Locknut (11E) until Rubber Washer (11C) seats securely inside Drain Opening (11B). Thread Drain Body (11F) to bottom of Flange (11). Hand tighten and adjust the Drain Body so that the Ball Rod Opening (11G) faces the rear. Wrench tighten Locknut (11E) and wipe excess putty. 13 POP-UP ROD LINKGE & DJUSTMENT Place one end of Spring Clip (13C) on end of Ball Rod (13B). Insert Ball Rod (13B) across and through hole in Strap (13D). Secure other end of Spring Clip (13C). Insert bottom of Lift Rod (13) into hole at top of Pop-Up Strap (13D). Tighten with Thumb Screw (13E). djust Lift Rod (13) function by adjusting location of Thumb Screw (13E) along the Strap (13D) or by adjusting the hole in which Ball Rod (13B) goes through Strap (13D). Be sure to leave enough space between Lift Rod Knob (13F) and Spout Hub (13G) when Lift Rod is down B UNIT STRT UP Turn on hot and cold water supplies, and check for leaks above and below the sink C 15 HOT FUCET FUNCTIONS COLD 12D CLOSED CLOSED 12F 12E 12G 12D 12B OPEN OPEN 12 BLLROD INSTLLTION Drop the Stopper (12) into the Drain Body (12B) from the top with the Off-Set (12C) facing rear. From below, insert the Ball Rod (12D) into the Ball Rod Opening (12E) through the Stopper Hole (12F) and secure with the Nut (12G) VLVE FUNCTION COLD valve: close-counterclockwise, open-clockwise; HOT valve: closeclockwise, open-counterclockwise.

5 16 MINTENNCE & CRE B 16E 16D 16C 16 FLUSHING & ERTOR CLENING fter installation is complete, remove erator Housing (16). Turn Valves (16B) on and allow both hot and cold water to run for at least one minute each. While water is running, check for leaks. To clean the aerator, disassemble erator Housing (16) by separating the erator Shell (16C), Basket (16D), and Washer (16E). Once parts have been cleaned, reassemble by reversing steps. 18 VLVE CRTRIDGE MINTENNCE Turn off water supplies and relieve pressure before working on your faucet. Remove handles (See Step 17), unscrew Cartridge ssembly (18) and inspect. Replace parts as necessary. Reassemble parts by reversing steps C CUTION: Maintenance 17D 17F 17 DISSSEMBLY 1. Replacement parts may be available at the store where you purchased your faucet. 2. When replacement parts are not available, please write or call Price Pfi ster Consumer Service. 3. lways turn off water and relieve pressure before working on your faucet. NOTE: Trim Care 17B 17E Cleaning Instructions: For all handles and decorative fi nishes, use only a soft damp cloth to clean and shine. Use of polish, detergents, abrasive cleaners, organic solvents, or acid may cause damage. Use of other than a soft damp cloth will nullify our warranty! Special Trim: Trim products which contain porcelain or other similar substances are not acceptable for public areas or commercial use. Installation of said trim is at user s risk! 17 HNDLE REMOVL Turn off water before proceeding! To remove handle, unscrew Set Screw (17) using Hex Wrench (17B), and remove Lever (17C) from Handle Hub (17D).
