Order by using the Item Number (TC) and the description. All prices are F.O.B., Tecumseh, Michigan. CREDIT: Credit applications are available upon request for new accounts. Credit limits will be established according to your company s performance. Purchases over that credit limit must be authorized in writing. NO over-limit purchases will be allowed with outstanding invoices into the 60 to 90 day delinquency range. SHIPPING UPS/FedEx & FREIGHT: We will prepay and add all UPS/FedEx, Parcel Post and handling fees to your invoice. There will be a $1.00 per package handling fee on all UPS/FedEx and Parcel Post shipments. All freight shipments will be shipped freight collect to you or if drop shipped, we will third party bill to you. TC Sports reserves the right to ship the most economical way for us: UPS, FedEx, Parcel Post or whichever freight line we choose to be the most efficient. CLAIMS: Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier and all claims for damage or shortage must be made by YOU (the receiver), to the carrier. Merchandise received damaged should be left in the damaged cartons in which it is received.
