8 WOOD STAND SYSTEM Our Wood stand system is made up of particle boards, in a white standard version. We erect partitions between stands unless you specifically request otherwise. Please inform us of this in the Order and Price List. The wall modules are also available painted in a range of standard colours, or to a shade of your choice. We can enhance the appearance of your stand by taping and painting the joins between wall sections. You can even fix small items to the walls using nails or screws. Any necessary restoration costs for damage, such as bracket removal, leftover tape, drill and screw holes and similar will be charged according to the price list. Restoration of walls painted by the exhibitor will also be charged. For further information, please contact Stand Service. So in this case 1-phase 10 A willprovide enough energy for your lighting and some extra. Example 2 If you have 10 x 10 Watt lights and 10 x 1500 watt lights on a demonstration product Which uses Watts, the total is 26,000 Watts / 230 = amps. You will need to order 3-phase 64 A from the fair = 192 amp. 28 OTHER SERVICES Cleaning We can clean your stand every evening after the fair has closed, so that you can focus on business. Your stand is then clean, tidy and ready to use as soon as you arrive the next day. Art No Stand cleaning/hour Stand Host/Hostess A host or hostess can make your work at the fair so much easier. Our hosts and hostesses are highly qualified and can for example provide interpretation services, demonstrate products and services, and register visitors. Needless to say they can also carry out more basic tasks such as handing out sales material, serving refreshments and other duties. 30 TRANSPORT & STORAGE You can ship items to Elmia. Here are delivery addresses and other information relating to shipping and freight. ACCORDING TO NSAB Labelling of consignments It is essential that you clearly mark each consignment as indicated below: Delivery address: Elmia Wood Stand no., Company name Contact person and phone no. Bratteborgs Gård SE Vaggeryd, SWEDEN Moving-in route All exhibitor traffic through the exhibition area is one way, both during moving in and moving out. Exit the E4 highway at exit 90 which is signposted Vaggeryd Norra (Bondstorp Travbana). Follow the signs. Transport management Goods/Incoming Transport will show you the way to your stand. Single consignments arriving by road courier are shown the access route for onward transport to the stand or the closest unloading point. Trailers are directed to a suitable unloading point depending on the stand location, or Loading and unloading If you need forklift service, a crane wheel loader, unloading, loading or ground work, for example, Thomas Friman , Jens Persson or Mikael Bergdahl Security surveillance The site is monitored overnight from 20:00 on 29 May to 07:00 on 14 June. NB! It is not permitted to organise customer activities or similar in the exhibition area or stand after the fair has closed. Moreover, it is not permitted to stay in the exhibition area overnight. Customs Goods from outside the EU must be declared in customs at the border with an EU country. Contact your forwarding agent for further information. Further information about Swedish customs regulations can be obtained from (the Swedish Customs website, which has pages in English). Order transport services in plenty of time before the fair, no later than 2 weeks before the fair. Information and help during the fair The fair office is next to the large unloading bay next to the field areas. If you have any questions during the fair, please contact staff who will either be able to answer directly or put you in touch with the right person. They also offer a basic photocopying service.
