3 COPANY HISTORY Stormline is a family business founded in 1966 by George cillan in Invercargill, New Zealand. Stormline was established to manufacture garments for the demanding New Zealand commercial fishing and outdoor industries. Graeme cillan, the present anaging Director, took over the business in 1982 from his father George and has since extended the scope of manufacturing with a continued emphasis on quality and innovation for which Stormline has become renowned. Stormline continues this family lineage today. Stormline manufactures a variety of clothing for retail and commercial clients worldwide. The gear is renowned for its safety features, quality and durability.
