3 Directions by Bus (Grand River Transit) Route 78 From Forest Glen Plaza (700 Strasburg Road) 1. Connect to Forest Glen Terminal using Routes 3, 11, 12, 16, 22, 33, 116, or 201 ixpress 2. Take Route 78 Hanson directly to the stop outside of The Family Centre building (1031) 3. Please walk around the building to the main entrance (on your left when you exit the bus) 3

4 Route 8 From North Kitchener/Waterloo/Charles St Terminal 1. Take Route 8 via Courtland 2. Get off at Walton Ave near Kipling 3. Walk back towards Courtland Ave and take a left 4. Cross Courtland at the Hayward Ave intersection and continue walking down Hayward 5. Cross Hanson/ Hayward/ Lennox Lewis into The Family Centre From South Kitchener/Fairview Park Mall 1. Take Route 8 via Courtland 2. Get off at Walton Ave near Kipling 3. Walk back towards Courtland Ave and take a left 4. Cross Courtland at the Hayward Ave intersection and continue walking down Hayward 5. Cross Hanson/ Hayward/ Lennox Lewis into The Family Centre 4

5 Route 3, Route 11, or Route Take Route 3, 11, or 22 and get off the bus at the Laurentian Power Centre 2. Cross Ottawa and turn to the left 3. Cross Homer Watson Blvd and turn right 4. Cross Hanson Ave and turn left 5. The Family Centre s KidsAbility entrance will be on your right; continue around the building for the main entrance and reception area 5

6 Directions by Car From Cambridge (via Blair Rd./Homer Watson Blvd.) 1. Follow Blair Rd. in Cambridge (connect via George Street in Downtown Galt or enter from Fountain Street in Preston) 2. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Fountain St S (will become Homer Watson Blvd.) 3. Turn right onto Hanson Ave. 4. Enter The Family 6

7 From Cambridge/Toronto via Follow the 401 Westbound (from Toronto, Mississauga, Guelph, Cambridge, etc.) 2. Take exit 278 (to the right) to merge onto Highway 8 toward Kitchener/Waterloo 3. Take the exit onto Highway 7/8 westbound toward Stratford 4. Take the Courtland Avenue exit and turn left onto Courtland Ave 5. Turn right onto Hayward Ave 6. Enter The Family 7

8 From London/Woodstock via Follow the 401 Eastbound (from London, Woodstock, Cedar Creek Rd, etc.) 2. Take exit 275 for Fountain Street/ Homer Watson Boulevard 3. Exit the highway and turn left onto Homer Watson Boulevard 4. At the roundabout, continue straight (staying on Homer Watson Blvd) 5. Turn right onto Hanson Ave 6. Enter The Family 8

9 From Northwest Waterloo (via Westmount or Fischer-Hallman) 1. Connect with Westmount Rd (or Fischer-Hallman), heading south (towards Kitchener) 2. Go under the expressway bridge, and turn left onto Ottawa St South 3. Turn right onto Homer Watson Boulevard 4. Turn left onto Hanson Ave 5. Enter The Family 9

10 From Central/Northeast Waterloo/St Jacobs/Elmira via Highway Connect with Highway 85 (from Elmira, St Jacobs, Northfield Dr, King Street, University Ave., etc.) heading south towards Kitchener 2. Continue on Conestoga Parkway past exits for Highway 8/ Take the Courtland Avenue exit 4. Turn left onto Courtland Ave 5. Turn right onto Hayward Ave 6. Enter The Family 10

11 From Stratford, New Hamburg, Baden via Highway 7/8 1. Connect with Highway 7/8 (from Stratford, New Hamburg, Baden, Trussler Road, etc.) heading east towards Kitchener 2. Take the exit for Homer Watson Blvd 3. Turn left onto Ottawa St South 4. Turn right onto Homer Watson Boulevard 5. Turn left onto Hanson Avenue 6. Enter The Family 11

12 From Guelph/Breslau via Highway 7 (Victoria Street) 1. Connect with Highway 7 (from Guelph [Woodlawn Rd] Breslau [Victoria St], etc.) heading west towards Kitchener 2. Turn right onto Bingemans Centre Drive 3. Bingeman Centre Drive will become Shirley Ave 4. Turn left onto Wellington St N 5. Take the on-ramp onto Highway 7 West 6. Take the Courtland Avenue exit 7. Turn left onto Courtland Ave 8. Turn right onto Hayward Ave 9. Enter The Family 12
