Doing the cooking honors, as usual, were James- Deliganis, Jr., Meme Salinas & Orli Navarro!

2 Lisa Reddam visited with Jesse Paul, Gabby, & Jesse Pete for several days in Germany, & reports that she had a great time! Here they are at an old fort in Luxembourg, which was established around 963 BC, & at the American WWII cemetery & memorial, a very impressive place!. (Little Jesse was so thrilled to have his Grandma Lisa visiting!) In Laredo, the Navarro family celebrated Angelica s First Holy Communion. Mom Kathy, dad Orli, & daughters Daniela, Gelly & Honda, make a pretty picture. Congrats, Gelly! Also in Laredo, Melli Zuniga Post enjoys a night out on the town with her two sons. 2

3 Kudos to the Laredo Swim Team for placing 2nd at a recent event in San Antonio. Sarah Hagy, daughter of Beverly & Richard Hagy, loves to swim! Sharing a drink were Lyssa & Ray Gonzales & sis, Chrissy Peña Leyendecker. Cassie Reddam had fun watching the SA Fiesta River Parade from the CPS Energy balcony. The Air Force float was especially meaningful since bigbrother Jesse is in the Air Force! 3 Ian Langford Stoltz & his friends won an award in the Robotics contest held recently In New Braunfels! Nice going, Ian!! Mom Julie was very proud, as were grandparents, Shawn & Ed Langford Alexa DeWall received a medal for participating in a Being Fit challenge at her school, put on by Valero. Good job, Alexa!

4 Mari Ridgley s invitation shows how much she, Edward, Elise, & Jake will miss husband/dad Tedsan if and when he is deployed to the country whose Coat of Arms is shown here. A Come Back Safely party was held on April 11th, but hopefully Tedsan won t have to go at all! Little Jake Ridgley was a big hit w/aunts Susy Farias & Kim Burke! Mari s mom & dad, Hector & Diana Farias, came to Bulverde from Laredo, along w/christina Farias, Susy & Gonzalo Farias,& Ali Landis & daughter Victoria. Mari s sister Diana Alicia DeWall & kids Drake, Alexa & Luke were there, as were Shawn & Ed Langford, Lily Wright, & several friends & neighbors. Tedsan s mom & dad, Ed & Martha Ridgley came from Marble Falls; Tedsan s sister, Kim Burke & daughters, Kaylie & Chelsea, from San Antonio, also joined the party! 4

5 Alice & Perry Reed, in Riverside, California, were tired of mowing the lawn, so now they just have to deal with their new pool! Really beautiful, guys! Did I hear you say that the 2020 Salinas Family Reunion will be held at your house?! Matthew Wright says that twin sister Rachel is not the ONLY one who can sky-dive! Marines-to-be can do it, too! The Reed s granddaughter, Haley Coffin (middle) had a good time with friends at a Scout function in Oceanside, California. Was it a dress goofy event, girls? Over in Del Rio, Matt s big brother, Daniel, is about to graduate from Pilot training. Hope you get to stay somewhere in Texas, Dan! Huffing & puffing, Shawn Langford & friends Nancy (Hrncir) Johnson & Violet (Henney) Marlowe made it to the top of Enchanted Rock near Fredericksburg, Texas. 5 Had to turn this picture sideways to be sure it was really Aric Hagy In that dryer! 7 Newlyweds Chanel & Joshua Langford tried some serious rollerblading, tho it looked like they weren t going very fast! Still, am sure it was lots of fun! Get Well wishes & prayers go to Chanel s Ouma (Grandmother) in Benoni, South Africa, & to Carl Hagy in Laredo! I didn t buy anything from him, but here I am w/laredo s own Amado Peña, at the Art Fair in San Antonio during Fiesta. A member of the Pascua Yaqui tribe, Amado now makes his home in Santa Fe, although he spoke fondly of Laredo. REUNION!! Just 2 more months before the Salinas Family Reunion!
