Checks belonging to two UST students were initially secured as found property and later returned to the students. and SPPD responded to a noise/party complaint on the 1900 block of Iglehart Avenue. One underage UST student was cited for underage consumption, six unaffiliated persons were cited for underage consumption and one for social host. reported a medical in Morrison Hall. A UST guest, suffering complications from an existing illness, was assisted by officers and taken by a friend to an area hospital for further medical attention. documented a theft outside of O Shaughnessy Educational Center. A non-ust affiliated persons unsecured bike, taken by a UST student, was later recovered off campus. and the Fire Department responded to a fire alarm in Morrison Hall R2 Parking Garage. A pull station was determined to have been activated without authorization. and the Fire Department responded to a full building alarm in Brady Residence Hall. An unidentified UST neighbor reported parked cars were blocking driveways in the area. documented a narcotics violation at 8th Street and Hennepin Avenue. The Police Department reported two non-affiliated suspects were arrested for interfering with traffic and one of the suspects possessed narcotics. documented a theft on the 900 block of Hennepin Avenue South. The Police Department reported an unidentified victim's wallet was stolen from her purse. documented a complaint in Murray Residence Hall. A group of UST guests staying in MUR for a conference reported there was no hot water available in the building. responded to a medical in Morrison Hall. A UST guest who fainted and injured her face was assisted by officers and provided a taxi to an area hospital for further medical attention. and SPPD responded to suspicious activity on the 1800 block of Carroll Avenue. An individual, reported ringing the doorbell and peering into a residence on the block, could not be located upon officers search of the area. documented a narcotics violation at 11th Street and Hennepin Avenue South. The Police Department reported that officers conducted a controlled buy at that location as part of ongoing investigation. documented a narcotics violation at 9th Street South and Nicollet Mall. The Police Department reported a firearm was recovered from a rental vehicle returned to a business on the block. responded to a medical on the Upper Quad. A UST student who injured her ankle playing soccer was assisted by officers and declined further medical attention. and the St Paul Fire Department responded to a fire in LOT B. A UST employee's vehicle was rendered inoperable due to an engine fire, but no injuries were reported. documented a disturbance in O'Shaughnessy Science Hall. Two unidentified juveniles, reported filling toilets in the first floor OSS men's room with toilet paper, left the area when approached by A UST staff member. documented a narcotics violation at 8 th Street and LaSalle Avenue. The Police Department reported one unidentified suspect was cited and two non-ust affiliated suspects were arrested for narcotics violations. Two large branches had fallen on Summit Avenue due to severe weather and were obstructing traffic. reported property damage on the 2000 block of Selby Avenue. A large branch that fell from a tree on the block due to severe weather struck and damaged a vehicle parked on the block. documented suspicious activity in Schulze Hall. Two trees had been blown over due to severe weather and one of the trees was leaning against, but did not knock down, power lines. reported a power outage on the campus. Power was lost in multiple buildings due to severe weather, but was restored after several hours. documented loitering with intent to buy/sell narcotics on the 1100 block of Hennepin Avenue. The Police Department reported a non-ust affiliated suspect possessed marijuana and was cited. documented a narcotics violation at 8 th Street and Nicollet Mall. The Police Department reported two non-ust affiliated suspects were arrested. documented damage to property in Aquinas Hall. A UST employee reported a broken window in the west stairwell between the second and third floor. responded to a medical at 2171 Grand Avenue. A UST student who cut his finger was assisted by officers then taken by a friend to an area hospital to seek further medical attention. responded to a medical at 2171 Grand Avenue. A juvenile UST guest, who fled from a camp hosted on the campus, was located by MPD and was safe.
