2 , 2006 URBAN AND RURAL PLANNING ACT NOTICE OF REGISTRATION TOWN OF STEADY BROOK DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AMENDMENT NUMBER 4, 2004 Take notice that the Town of Steady Brook Development Regulations Amendment No. 4, 2004 adopted on the 1 st day of March, 2006, has been registered by the Minister of Municipal Affairs. In general terms, the purpose of the Development Regulations Amendment No. 4, 2004, is re-zone properties located on the north and south side of Marble Drive from Open Space Residential Medium Density and Residential Medium Density Floodway Fringe, re-zone property on the west side of Musgrave Drive from Mixed Development Comprehensive Development Area, rezone property on the east and west side of Wiln Street from Transportation Utility Open Space, and outline conditions for Flood Risk Areas and Flood Fringe Areas. The Town of Steady Brook Development Regulations Amendment No. 4, 2004, comes in effect on the day that this notice is published in The Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette. Anyone who wishes inspect copies of the Development Regulations Amendment No. 4, 2004, may do so at the Town Office, 32 Wiln Street, Steady Brook, during normal working hours.
