Vacant, not looking for a replacement at this moment. Co-ordinating children specific events. ETC. Working with Children is for this role. Someone stepped forward, but can not do it at this point. Reverting to Seneschal for now. Need to look at finding one. Nicolette would still like to be seneschal, official process needs to be followed, starting with Advertising. 3 Future Events (Approved) Event Name Details Follow-up actions GSG 5-8 Oct th night Jan 2018 Budget $140 per head for adult. (Ensuites And power) No off board. There will be equestrian. Steward needs to step down for personal reasons, as does the feast-ocrat. We currently only have a site. Beth is happy to help with the food, as is Seamus. The stewarding will be the major issue. Leif is currently Deputy. Booking numbers are extremely low. Cut off for cheap booking was meant to be the 21 st. That has been extended for 2 weeks. The event will be cancelled if bookings don t go up significantly. It is not currently viable. It is likely to be cancelled if the bookings don t increase. Booking cancellation would be $1500. If it ran at the current loss it would be tens of thousands. If it doesn t go ahead, we need to get feedback as to why. Bookings are live Leif is steward. Miguel is deputy Scribal meet up Sam s house for monthly meet ups. Training day Needs to be added to the calendar. Activity day. Approved. Thorgrim has been volentold he can run one or all of them. Thorgrim could run one at his tavern & the proposed hamlet could take another. Black dolphin & Bronwyn s house. Needs an overall steward. Cancelled until early 2019 due to drought. Expenses One-off expenses Details of expenses should be listed here once approved, and should remain in all subsequent minutes until the expense has been paid/reimbursed. Once that is done, the purchase details should be recorded here, and the item can be removed from the following meeting onwards. 5 Officer Reports OFFICE REPORT Seneschal Reports are due The proposed hamlet can move forward. They need to say they want to be a hamlet, then that explains why the postcodes are being moved around Reeve Reeve's report: Community Solutions One account: $7, Business Cash Reserve: $6, Krae Glas Holdings: $1000 food float for day of honour. Approved during meeting. Baron and Baroness Keeping abreast of the inclusiveness statement released. We reject any discriminatory and unacceptable behaviour. Concerns can be raised with the Seneschal and B&Bs. Was nice to have a quiet winter. Some small events would be nice. Impressed with DOH Doveton hall. The sunshades hung as wall hangings made the sound pleasant, not over bearing. Knight Marshal Liam has been authorised. Wednesday night has been quiet. 1 tournament, no injuries. 9 fighters for DOH. Wednesday night training relocating to Doveton, if it is available. (Fencing can take place as well.) We have been having at least 8-10 people each week for the A&S which has been consistent and great. We have some great skills sets coming in.
