The Early American parlor is a common area with television and DVD/video for all to enjoy. This building contains a total of 2,753 square feet divided onto three floors. The main floor and second floor both contain 1,154 square feet with a third floor of 445 square feet. This building has five bedrooms and five baths, plus a kitchen area on the second floor and a lounge area on the main floor. Attached to this building is a 240 square foot shed for storage.

A covered walkway connects the broad porches of the two rustic log buildings that house these suites. Inn Suites Building 1 This building has a total of 2,444 square feet and consists of four one-bedroom condominium units. These units have a main floor which includes a living room, kitchen, plus loft area, which is counted as a bedroom. Building 2 Building 2 is also a four unit structure. This building has 2,512 square feet and includes laundry facilities. Each of the condominium units has exterior storage. The Family Suite New at Pinewoods Resort is the spacious Family Suite, which has its own deck, a large family room with sofa sleeper, a lovely full kitchen and dining room, plus four bedrooms and two and a half baths. A beautiful gas fireplace not only heats the large living-dining room but adds a soothing atmosphere to the entire place. The Family Suite sleeps up to ten people. Pinewoods Resort Motel The Pinewoods Resort Motel rooms offer a great way to enjoy Southern Utah vacation affordably. This building is 14 x 72 for a total area of 1,008 square feet. This building is divided into four units. The building is of log construction with a pitched metal roof.

Other than that, this building is divided into a restaurant facility, main desk and a lounge for guests. There is new flooring and counters in the restaurant.
