Those committees will also not only be responsible for walking their delegates to lunch but selecting a meeting spot and leading their committee back after lunch. and members of conference services staff will be stationed in each dining hall and along the routes to help insure everything transmissions smoothly. Additionally, if you are eating in the dining halls and have an on-campus plan please use your meal plan if possible and return all extra meal tickets to following lunch. Enough meal tickets for your committee can be found in your committee box at the beginning of Saturday. Do not give your extra meal tickets to advisors or parents but have them speak to members of if necessary. Please make sure to keep on schedule because there are a lot of moving pieces that allow all of the delegates to enjoy lunch at the dining halls. Additionally, we wish to continue this the future so we need to not over crowd the dining halls and stick to the approved capacities. Our continuing relationship with Brody and Case is dependent on us following this schedule so that we avoid overwhelming their staff with too many diners at one time. 16
