The series has won Emmy Awards and other honors including the top prize for Artistic Excellence from the Greater Columbus Arts Council. Viewership continues to be high even when these documentaries are aired many times on WOSU TV. None of this would ve been possible without the support of our major donors including AEP, State Auto, Chase and you! Your member support provides the base from which special projects like this can spring to life. Thank you. We hope you enjoy the Monday night, January 18th premiere of Columbus Neighborhoods, which is the first time any media organization has focused in-depth on the impact of new Americans coming to Columbus throughout history to today. Also, listen for a special radio series on 89.7 NPR News from reporter Sam Hendren featuring stories of today s immigrants and refugees finding their way in our community. It s airing during Morning Edition on Mondays and Weekend Edition Saturday. Though this may be the final documentary in this highly regarded documentary series, we will soon announce an exciting new project to extend the vision of Columbus Neighborhoods.
