5 JUNE FRIDAY 12 JUNE Discover Beverley Minster on a Summer s Evening Free Summer garden refreshments, reflective interior tours and tours of the churchyard, displays, music, children s activities and more. Enjoy the after-hours relaxed atmosphere of the church and churchyard as you discover more about this beautiful building and its colourful history. Saturday 13 June An Evening of Brass! Recital of trombone and horn solos by Royal Academy of Music scholars Richard Buck and Timothy Ellis. Sunday 14 June Minster Open Gardens Several urban gardens within walking distance of Beverley Minster will be open to the public. The cost for the entrance to all the gardens is 4 (Under 11s free). 11 SEPTEMBER 11 Sept - 5 October Art Exhibition: The life of Jesus Christ Emma Horsfield writes articles and publications based on Christianity and Theology. This exhibition focuses on telling a visual narrative of the life of Jesus with accompanying books (for children and grownups) offering a deeper insight which can appeal to all visitors. Friday 18 September Youth Cafe - MARVEL and DC Comic theme in the Minster, with DJ music, stage games, bouncy castle, tuck-shop and much more. Tickets 2.50 from secondary school libraries and Parish Centre. Saturday 19 september Shoppers Lunch Organ Recital James Webb, Hull Collegiate School. Tickets 6 at the door, under 18s free.
