Probably get break on fire insurance- 2-story nice looking with porch. Hope to start construction in the next three months. Boat Ramp & Dock Received permit for wood boat ramp we challenged and now concrete has been approved, will probably start in the next 60 days. Not a lot of space in there could we widen the channel NO. It is the only location for the ramp other than the island. (SD) We searched entire property and there is no other location where we have deep-water access similar ramp in Lands End and people work around the tides to launch their boats. (AR) Can we tie up to dock then wait for high tide? (LW) Says we have to limit times due to noise. Agree not to operate late at night. (JT) Is there reason for boat ramp do we really need it? Agrees not to do it if it doesn t help.

2 The ramp will also provide access for canoe or kayak. Condition of boat ramp at Broad River need petition for upgrade to BR ramp. Could money be spent for better use? Feel it is important to have water access. (SN) What will affect be on park? Loop gravel road, grass in between. (ME) What will other uses be? Crabbing, fishing It will provide a closer location for crabbing and fishing. (JW) Will dock go out into water? Security: 14 x 16 pier head with ramp next to it Will it be gated? Chain hook as on the island. (CS) Many people are riding in. Thinks it is a big concern. Firehouse will help, it is self-policing when many people are here. (EM) Is wrapped chain enough out there? Should we use locking gate code lock? We will lock the chain at the Islands at night; code is the same as boat storage area As more homes are built, there will be more unrecognizable cars. We now have stickers for owners to put on their cars. (ME) Where should the sticker go? (KT) Had keypad gate people don t know codes gates broken sees more gated community problems than here. It will resolve itself as transient workers diminish until then we need to police ourselves.

Pavilion electricity and water it is very inconvenient not to have it what is time line for plumbing and electricity? Having to water past pool, currently designing cottages could try to get power out there sooner- maybe one year for water. Power company may not accept cost until we get something out there./ (LW) Explain about cottages cottages will be leased out? Island cottages are anticipated to be owned by individuals and leased out to visitors, eventually tied to the B&B for overnight, visitors, prospects or owner s relatives. (CS) (JW) B&B? Investor will do that not private homes. Time on boat ramp and dock. Begin in 60 days. Tennis courts? Want someone to get league going. Trust can do tennis tournaments?

4 (TC) Suggest getting dog poop stations. Everyone needs to be responsible for dogs walk in alleys or empty lots, clean up if dog has accident in the parks. Speeding contractors speed pumps. Let the contractor know who is speeding. Contractors not using construction entrance. Report it. If a subcontractor is going too fast, let us know and get a tag number. We will get speed limit signs made and posted. (PC) Status of Town Center? When a business makes sense in this area, it will happen. It is zoned, water, sewers are complete. HLC is meeting next week to discuss moving our sales office to the commercial area to get things started. (EM) DSL we can upgrade computers?
