Sludge and stagnant sitting water collects at the deadend. I called the Engineering Department and spoke to Mike Vinson, drainage engineer, and he arrived onsite, assessed the situation, and delegated a city crew to clean up and remove the sludge, all in less than a week s time. I want to commend Mike for his quick and receptive response to my concern, and for a job well done. He also explained how I can report the concern to the City s website, when the need arises in the future, to take care of this ongoing situation. Sincerely, Patty Young
