Whitehead westbound on Parmelee Dr, stopped at the stop sign and proceeded into Concord St. The Chrysler drove its center front into the passenger side doors of the Hyundai. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. 2 MV ACCIDENT/PROP DAM REPORT TAKEN Call Taker: Clerk/Dispatcher Lydia Bean Location/Address: RT 101 E X RT WILTON RD ID: Patrolman George C Xenakis Narrative: Amy Miller, 72, of Peterborough northbound on Elm Hill Rd in a 2014 Subaru Crosstrek when she failed to yield to oncoming traffic and struck a 2007 Subaru Forester operated by Gayle Dube, 53, of Jaffrey that eastbound on Wilton Rd. Both vehicles appeared to be a total loss and were towed away. Miller transported to MCH to be checked out, and issued a summons for Failure to Stop at a Stop or Yield Sign contrary to NH RSA 265:30. The dogs owner stated her dogs did jump the fence due to the large amount of snow. The 2004 Subaru Legacy operated by Sanda Romano, 70, of Nelson hit the left front end of his truck. The Ford driven from the scene, and the Subaru towed away. The order explained to both parties again, and they were advised there are going to be no further interpretations of the order between either party. The defendant will be subject to arrest for communication, no matter how slight. Case opened. Xenakis spoke to a motorist who reported being followed by another motorist. Apparently she had been following him very closely and he pulled over to allow her to pass him. He then followed her. She scared and did not know why he followed her. The other motorist advised to call the police if he has a motor vehicle complaint instead of trying to handle it on his own. He understood and went on his way home Initiated - SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE INVESTIGATED Location/Address: CONVAL HIGH SCHOOL HANCOCK RD Narrative: Ofc. Xenakis located a vehicle in the ConVal parking lot. The driver lost and trying to get back to Deering. For Date: 02/13/ Friday Radio - MV ACCIDENT/PROP DAM INVESTIGATED Location/Address: RT 101 E X TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN - WILTON RD ID: Patrolman Christopher R Martin Narrative: Bradford Taylor, 73, of Peterborough driving a 2001 Buick eastbound on Rt 101 in the area of Miller State Park when he lost control due to the slushy snow covered roads, losing control, crossing the westbound travel lane, hitting snow bank, rolling over onto its roof. Taylor not injured. The vehicle received extensive damage to passenger front bumper and fender and roof and towed away. Kasuba s truck had a broken shock mount, broken bed mounts and patches of rust. Upon arrival, the man with the openly carried gun gone. The Jeep sustained a cracked rear bumper. The other operator, Derrill Crosby, 91, of Peterborough contacted and had no idea he hit the other car.

The other vehicle located, a 2012 Nissan Rogue, operated by Sindy Sue Eastman-Tobey, 43, of Greenfield. Case opened. 6 Upon Ofc. Emond picking the dog up, a neighbor identified who owned the dog and it turned there. He also charged with possession of a controlled drug. Cormier released on PR bail on the Portsmouth charge and given a court date of 4/6/15. He held on $2,000 cash/surety bail on the drug charge and transported to Valley Street Jail with an arraignment date of 2/17/15. There left front corner damage to the Jeep and front end and bumper damage to the Subaru. Both vehicles were driven from the scene. Her vehicle struck a 2006 Ford Fusion operated by Lauren Klemett, 18, of Bennington who crossing through the jug handle. Dobbs transported to MCH for wrist pain, and both vehicles were towed away. The Hyundai received moderate damage to the front end, and the Toyota received moderate damage to the rear bumper, tail gate and tail lights. No injuries and both vehicles were driven from the scene.
