Each room has a microwave, refrigerator and free WiFi! They have a tropical themed indoor pool and hot tub. They have newly renovated guest rooms and have a restaurant, lounge and Country Western Night Club. Yeehaw! Travel Information Forms Now that you are registered for NBM please fill in your travel information! CISV Saskatoon volunteers will be providing rides for all NBM participants to and from the airport. Tickets are available by contacting CISV Saskatoon at cisvsaskatoon@gmail.com Local Impact It has been a new tradition that NBM also includes a way that chapter members from all over Canada can give back to the local community in the hosting city. This year we will be collecting mitts, scarves, warm socks and toques to donate to the lighthouse. The Lighthouse Supported Living exists to provide emergency shelter, supported living, and affordable housing to those in need in Saskatoon. Please bring your items to the registration table on the first day or hand in at the camp shop in the donations bin. Junior Branch Dime Drive The competition is fierce this year as the JB Canada dime drive gets OUT OF CONTROL! Bring your dimes to NBM this year to donate in support of Junior Branch Canada. There will be some major bragging rights to the chapter who donates the most dimes. 3

We can guess that the temperature will be around 0 degrees Celsius and we recommend dressing in layers and don t be shy to bring some winter gear like toques, mittens and scarves to ensure you are comfortable. It might be wet so waterproof shoes would be ideal. CISV Store Remember, each chapter who wishes to participate in the CISV Canada store will need to provide a merchandise inventory list to our store coordinator. Store hours of operation will be posted at the registration desk. Hockey Draft CISV Canada s educational program invitations are ready for distribution! Where will your next delegation be traveling to!? Find out in the fast paced, thrilling and exciting CISV Canada Hockey Draft. Each chapter should wear their team s colour to add to the fun. Junior Branch Forms Remember anyone who is under the age of 18 will be required to bring with them a YLIF- CAN. Chapter Chairs: Ensure all junior branch members attending NBM in Saskatoon have their forms filled in and signed before departure to the meeting. We recommend that you collect the completed forms before departure and hand them in to the registration desk as a package. DON T FORGET YOUR FORMS CISV Rules and Behavior Policy Appropriate behaviour is required for all members at every level or CISV. Please take a minute to review the CISV International behaviour policy (R7) before arriving to NBM. Appropriate behaviours is defined as the use of common sense, good manners, being a good host, guest, friend and role model. Chapter Chair: you will be responsible for assigning a supervisor for your junior branch members especially those who are under the age of 18. Please ensure your expectations for behaviour are clear and set up times to check in with them during the weekend. The safety and happiness of youth participating in CISV is a number one priority. 4
