It was seen headed east from the Keene/Marlborough town line. A rear tire was thumping and possibly going flat, which the RP thought might be dangerous once the driver started going faster. Marlborough & Dublin units out of position. Vehicle was stopped just east of Elm Street. Checked the vehicle, no obvious signs of a defect that might be causing the thumping noise. 3 Narrative: Coy was arrested by Jaffrey PD on the warrant from Peterborough for Breach of Bail Conditions. He was transported to Valley Street Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash Bail and arraigned later that morning at the 8 th Circuit Court Jaffrey. He pled not guilty and was scheduled for trial.
