It was held at the park in South Corowa and was attended by 22 members.

(Although due to no photos being taken I am not sure if it actually happened!

Especially, Rotarians John and Gail Law who as did all the prep work to ensure that the event ran without a hitch.

1 President Ian Carrington /1/2014: Issue 75 Volume. 25 Weekly Bulletin 1 st Meeting BBQ The Rotary Club of Corowa had its first meeting for It was held at the park in South Corowa and was attended by 22 members. As usual all had a great time and it was an excellent way to start the second half of this Rotary year. (Although due to no photos being taken I am not sure if it actually happened!!) Thank you to all who helped with the catering at Valhalla Winery for the Rock Wiz Night. Especially, Rotarians John and Gail Law who as did all the prep work to ensure that the event ran without a hitch. A big thanks to all the Rotarians who helped man the gates at the Corowa Races on the 30 th December and thank you to the Corowa Race Committee for your continued support of our club. Reminder this weeks meeting 16 th January is at the Corowa Golf Club. (Usual time and $ cost!) Rotary Grace: Oh Lord, the giver of all good, We thank you for our daily food. May Rotary friends and Rotary ways, Help us to serve you all our days. Dear Corowa Rotary Club members, I would like to remind all members that the Club as a whole is hosting our lovely exchange student Louise, not just the host families.

For example, a picnic on the river; water skiing; a trip to Beechworth, Yarrawonga or Glenrowan; a picnic in the Warby ranges; a farm visit; a visit to Melbourne would all be great activities.

Unfortunately it fell through, so Louise has been very disappointed that she has not the opportunity to see regional centres Canberra, Wagga, Ballarat, the Great Ocean Road etc.

5 Dear Corowa Rotary Club members, I would like to remind all members that the Club as a whole is hosting our lovely exchange student Louise, not just the host families. Therefore, it would be good if Louise could be invited to accompany any member of the Club if they or their family is doing anything of interest. Louise had been looking forward to the Regional Tour which was being organised by the YE Committee. Unfortunately it fell through, so Louise has been very disappointed that she has not the opportunity to see regional centres Canberra, Wagga, Ballarat, the Great Ocean Road etc. Now that Louise is nearing holiday time, not only would her weekends be free but much of January could also be available.
