The Centenary Pavilion located within the Claremont Showgrounds is the perfect versatile venue for anyone looking for a unique space, ample parking facilities and a central location. 5 OLD PICKLE FACTORY Suitable for 400 cocktail Located conveniently in West Perth the Old Pickle Factory is Perth s new warehouse event space. The Old Pickle Factory was an old converted warehouse which has been custom made into an industrial chic event space which can hold up to 400 people. The venue encapsulates the true heritage of its yesteryear featuring rustic brickwork, polished concrete floors and enormously high ceilings. Ideal for corporate events, Christmas parties and any event that is looking for somewhere very unique, rustic and chic.

6 MOUNTS BAY SAILING CLUB, CRAWLEY Suitable for indoor Up to 800 outdoor The Mounts Bay Sailing Club is the perfect waterfront venue for private parties or corporate events. Situated on the Swan River at Matilda Bay Reserve in Crawley. With an outdoor terrace and large grassed area leading directly to the river, Mounts Bay Sailing Club offers unparalleled views of Perth city skyline across the water. The venue will add a traditional touch to your ceremonial style of event. Designed and built by Architect John M Grainger in 1899, the ballroom it still dazzles. This classic Revival style venue is one of the few government houses in Australia available for hire & is very sought after as a venue. GOVERNMENT HOUSE GARDENS, CBD Suitable for up to 1500 cocktail Situated in the heart of Perth s city lies the stunning botanical gardens of Government House Grounds. This is the perfect location to hold a open air cocktail function, team building or set up a clear marquee and host your gala dinner under the stars. 8 WINTHROP HALL, UW UNIVERSITY Suitable for 420 sit down or 800 cocktail Built in 1932, the cathedral-like venue welcomes patrons with a marble and mosaic foyer and vaulted ceilings, complete with pipe organ, stained glass windows and Aboriginal motifs on the ceiling. Winthrop Hall is a superb venue for conferences when used in conjunction with the undercroft exhibition centre downstairs, and outdoor alfresco area.

Perth Town Hall still holds its original grandeur, making it one of Perth s most prestigious examples of classical 19th Century architecture. Recently renovated by Ian & Erick, the space has been designed as a canvas for creativity, including characterful white textured walls, polished concrete floors and large sections of exposed brickwork.

Exposed wooden beams, polished hard wood floors, and white walls, make this venue the perfect bank canvas.

13 B SHED, FREMANTLE Suitable for 800 seated or up to 1500 cocktail Make your event one to remember by using Fremantle s B Shed, right on the historic Fremantle Warf. This 1000 sqm space is unique and can transform into almost any style of event. Built in 1926 as a general cargo shed, B Shed was refurbished in 2010 to be the rustic blank canvas venue that it is today. Available exclusively for corporate events.
