This year, we are happy to join our nation in celebrating Singapore s 50th birthday. We are thankful to our government for the peace, progress and prosperity that we are enjoying. North Park Residences (Integrated Development) North Park Residences (NPR) by Frasers Centerpoint got off to a roaring start as over 5000 excited buyers and investors flocked to our showflat on its opening weekend. It was a great start as no project has garnered such a crowd since TDSR was implemented. North Park Residences has been the talk of the town and its much-awaited Top Selling opening was widely anticipated by buyers throughout Singapore. On preview day (5 Apr), in 2015! 313 out of 430 units were snapped up at an average price of $1300psf, a premium of $200psf over projects in the same area. By the end of the first week (12 Apr), 413/600 had been sold. Prices range from $ for a 431sqft studio to $1.89mil for a 1432sqft 5-bedroom unit. There are 920 units in total. Preview Launch The strong interest in this project can be attributed to North Park Residences being a rare integrated development directly connected to Northpoint City, the largest shopping mall in the North with over 500 shops and 850,000sqft of Retail GFA. It is also connected via an underpass to the Yishun MRT station and the Yishun Integrated Transport Hub and bus in- terchange. Further, Northpoint City also incorporates the Nee Soon Central Community Club (a first in Singapore), as well as sports and recreational amenities. The limited availability of integrated developments in Singapore means that NPR should generate good value growth in terms of Capital Appreciation & Rental Yield in years to come. With its expected completion in 2019, North Park Residences together with the North-South expressway as well as other new developments will change the face of Yishun and bring more buzz and activity. Huttons Pays Respects to the Late Mr Lee Kuan Yew Singapore s Founding Father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew passed away on 23rd March 2015, 3.18am at the Singapore General Hospital.

He dedicated his life to Singapore, founded and built it in one generation, to a first world country that is well envied. Without him, we will not have our success today.

4 Huttons Pays Respects to the Late Mr Lee Kuan Yew Singapore s Founding Father, Mr Lee Kuan Yew passed away on 23rd March 2015, 3.18am at the Singapore General Hospital. He is a visionary and admired leader who was an inspiration not just to Singaporeans, but to many across the world. He dedicated his life to Singapore, founded and built it in one generation, to a first world country that is well envied. Without him, we will not have our success today. Huttons associates paid their respects to late Mr Lee Kuan Yew on 24th March 2015 at the designated tribute centre at Ang Mo Kio Central Ang Mo Kio Town Centre. Hitting Home Runs! Huttons Convention 2015 NUS Cultural Centre was overwhelmed by more than 1000 associates who came together to join Huttons in our Year of Homeruns! Huttons Convention 2015 was held on 20th January The convention commenced with our very own Huttons Star, Selly Marina & her live band, which took us through many inspirational songs. Our CEO, Mr Goh Kee Nguan gave the opening speech on Hutton s future planning and congratulated the success of our associates. Guest of Honor Minister Chan Chun Sing then Minister Chan Chun Sing giving his speech stage in turn and recounted shared with us his experiences on hitting homeruns. their respective tales of failures and successes. Following that, our Top Producers, Tony Teo, Ken Low Huttons unveiled 2 initiatives Huttons Hope & Huttons and Marcus Choo took to the Website. These new initiatives mark a new year of opportunities for Huttons. Finally, Huttons associates stood together for the Huttons Cheer of Huttons Chiong Ah, Huttons Huat Ah!. Huttons Dinner and Dance 2015 Huttons Annual and Dinner Dance 2015 was held in Resorts World Sentosa this year on 10 February It was a joyous occasion where more than 1500 associates, staff, management, and overseas partners gathered together to enjoy the Em- Flying night. cees Dutchman & V a n e s s a Lopez hosted the night with much pizzazz. $500,000 in cash was given to more than 50 lucky draw winners during the 3 hour dinner. Our Associates also came in their best costume to vie for the Best Dressed Awards. Hutton s MHT, our partner in Philippines, took away the grand prize of $5000 for Best Dressed. Launch of Huttons Hope Huttons Hope is a new CSR initiative by Huttons with a focus on the less privileged children and youth in Singapore. The adoption of children s home, Chen Su La Methodist Home, represents our pioneer effort under Huttons Hope. We seek to provide not just donations, but also offer scholarships and quality bonding time with the children. Activities are organized quarterly between our associates and children to encourage our associates in doing their part to give back to society. Page 5
