This conference is scheduled to take place in Ranchi on 3rd, 4th & 5th February 2017 at the Mega Sports complex, Khelgaon, Ranchi. The state of Jharkhand has its origin from the undivided Bihar, the state came in its existence in 2000 due to its unique qualities and different cultural ground from Bihar. Jharkhand is home to 3, 29,66,238 (Census 2011) individuals and it providers the opportunities for business investors, academic institutions and Research and development agencies along with its special focus on sports, for which the state is renowned. Ranchi has several water-falls in its vicinity. There are several hot-springs in near proximity with therapeutic effect. The Nobel laureate RabindraNath Tagore composed several of his poems on the famous Tagore hill. The base of a spiritual organization YogadaSatsang founded by Paramhans Yogananda is located at Ranchi. Hazaribagh National Park is located only 90 Kms. away from Ranchi. The Betala National Park is about 150 Kms away from Ranchi and is home to tigers and elephants apart from exotic varieties of birds. It has several educational institutions of national and international repute. Ranchi is the gateway to the popular hill station of Netarhat that has the highest peak at 4000 feet. It offers abundant adventure and tranquility for the weary travelers. Apex level institution like The Central Institute of Psychiatry is the oldest institution dedicated to Neuro-psychiatry and mental health while Birla Institute of Technology Mesra is ranked the 12th best Engineering institution of India. Birsa Agricultural University along with Rajendra Institute of Medical Scinces (RIMS) create doctors, scientists and veterinary doctors whose skills and passions are legendary. IIM Ranchi is another institute which needs no recognition. Ranchi is steeped in the ethos of knowledge and is a melting pot of tribal diversities, eco-systems and scenic beauty. The conference provides an opportunity to meet and interact with the leading Indian and international researchers and clinicians presenting the scientific research underpinned by clinical practice knowledge. The 55th IAP conference scientific committee invites authors for presentation for paper/poster and it may be submitted online. All abstract must follow the guideline and should follow the instruction as per the template provided. We recommend word processing software and counting the number of words. The abstract should have the following sections. 1) Background : 2) Type of research: Clinical trial Randomized clnincal trial literature review, case report, case reviewe (review of several cases of a similar condition), Technical report ( about some new /improved equipment), clinical procedure (information about a certain therapeutic procedure). 3) Methods, 4) Results : (must include data analysis/summary) 5) Conclusions: Interim analysis for studies in progress will be considered. Abstract selection and notification: Abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee based on the following criteria: Scientific merit, topic relevance, methodological rigor, data analysis/ summary, overall quality and clarity of author. 11 PLACES TO VISIT AROUND RANCHI The state of Jharkhand is rich in her flora and fauna alongside it has also got a rich wisdom of the aboriginal people in the state. There are many things to learn from here and there are many places of tourist attraction. Together with the geographical position of the state and its richness of many inherited cultural practices, the richness of traditional tribal customs and celebration has made it as a place of tourist attraction. The state has become as the top- ten states of tourist attraction in India. Jharkhand s Chau dance as well as eco-tourism, wildlife and adventure tourism promise unparalleled opportunities due to its flora, fauna, hills and waterfalls. Trekking routes, spots for rock climbing, boating, kayaking and so on. This will attract you. PLACES OF ATTRACTIONS Hundru Fall: It is considered the 34th highest water-fall (322 feet high) in India and is created on the course of Swarnarekha River. It is a scrap fall and is an exciting picnic spot. Jonnah Fall: A hanging valley fall it is 141 feet high with Gunga as the master river while the Raruriver forms the fall. It is only a 25 Km ride from Ranchi. It has Buddhist temple dedicated to Lord Buddha. Birsa Deer Park:Located on Ranchi-Khunti road it is about 25 Kms away from Ranchi. It is a pleasant day-long outing and has thick forest cover and several deer and water-holes. Ideal photo-shoot for tourists and family picnic. Netarhat: at a height of 4000 feet it is the highest point in Jharkhand. Dense forest and steep valleys make it an ideal adventure spot. Tree-top houses are made available by the state Tourism department for tourists. It has several other the glorious sun-rise and sun-set point and attractions include elephant rides. Other tourist interests include Magnolia point, upper and lower Ghagri Falls including the Lodh fall-highest water fall of Jharkhand. Sun Temple: The sun temple is a newly built monument in Jharkhand. It is build around the sacred pond favouring the chhatavratis in the chhota Nagpur pleateu region. The structure of the temple has been designed with elegance. The structure has the shape of a big chariot with eighteen wheels and seven life like horses that seem like ready to take off for the journey. McCluskigunj:Located 65 Kms away from Ranchi it is a town established by Ernest Timothy McCluski under the aegis of Coloinisation Society of India in It invited more than 200,000 Anglo-Indians (Offspring due to union between Indian women and British men) to settle here. Only 20 families still remain here as most of the settlers migrated to the west after Second World War. True to Indian spirit of co-existence it has a temple, mosque, Gurudwara and Church located in close proximity at a single place. The old mansions have been converted into guest houses for the tourists. Tagore Hill: Located only 3 Km away from the centrally located Albert EkkaChowk the hillock is at an altitude of 300 feet. It is named after the Nobel laureate Rabindranath Tagore who is believed to have composed parts of his Gitanjali on this hill top. At its base Ramkrishna Mission Ashram is located and runs an agricultural vocational centre. Adventure lovers and rock climbers often frequent this hillock which enhances the beauty of Ranchi city. Betla National Park: Betla is an acronym for Bison, elephant, tiger, leopard and axis-axis. It has a Tiger reserve and is a sanctuary for elephants and several varieties of flora and fauna including Sal and bamboo, antelopes, panther, hornbill, peafowl and black partridge. It is spread over 1300 sq Km. Rajrappa Temple: Chinnamastika temple considered an ancient Shakti-peeth, is a Hindu pilgrimage centre for devotees of mother deity. It is also a sacred centre for Tantric cult. The temple is an architectural marvel and dedicated to mother Parvati, the consort of Lord Shiva, whose sacred head had fallen while lord Shiva carried her dead body in sorrow around the earth. The headless statue stands on the body of Kamdeo and Rati in a lotus bed signifying confluence of sexual energy and mortality. The Bherariver coming from Ranchi plateau falls here joining Damodar river and is an example of hanging valley. For the Santhaltribals it is a sacred spot to immerse the ashes of their loved ones in the month of December. Rock Garden:Rock garden is situated at a distance of 4 kms from Ranchi town on Ranchi Kanke road. Rock Garden is carved out of the rocks of Gonda Hill and resembles its design to rock garden of Jaipur. At the base of the hill is Kanke dam.
