10 APPLICATION PROCESS Applications will be accepted from the show s launch date of 13 November Exhibitors from the 2017 show will be given until 30 November 2017 to secure their current or preferred site (or as close as possible and practicable). BOOKING PROCESS 1 Visit the SCIBS website sanctuarycoveboatshow.com.au 2 Register your 3 Authorise your details online account via the 4 returned Commence an online application on the SCIBS website. SUBMIT Don t forget to press 5 Within 3 to 5 business days the SCIBS team will call or you 6 After the space is agreed upon, an invoice requesting the application fee and a 30% deposit will be forwarded (due upon receipt) 7 Upon payment, the booking is confirmed and an agreement to display is formed per the terms & conditions and general information document 8 Your space is now secured! 10
