Rising to a height of 650 ft out of the Atlantic Ocean extending for 8 km, the Cliffs of Moher offer breathtaking views Arrive hotel Check in Dinner Overnight Galway Day 3 Breakfast (daily) Walking tour of Galway including the famous Spanish Arch and the church of St.Nicholas Transfer to nearby Kylemore for a visit to Kylemore Abbey located in the Connemara National Park Explore the abbey and gardens Exchange concert in Galway Overnight Galway Ireland 4

5 PROGRAM Day 4 Transfer to the quaint town of Ennis with narrow meandering streets and many fine and interesting shops Continue to Limerick, a graceful and historic city featuring King John s Castle, the Treaty Stone and St.Mary s Cathedral which was built in 1172 Travel through the pretty villages of Adare, Newcastle West and Abbeyfeale to Killarney Check in Dinner Overnight Killarney Day 5 A day trip to The Ring of Kerry. Encircling the Iveragh Peninsula it features Ireland s highest mountains, the Macgillycuddy Reeks. View Atlantic Ocean and the Dingle Peninsula from Tralee as well as Dingle Bay to the North and the estuary of the Kenmare River to the South Concert for example at St Mary s Church of Ireland Dinner Overnight Killarney Day 6 Travel to Cork. En route visit Blarney Castle with its famous stone, said to impart the gift of eloquence to all who kiss it On arrival into Cork we take a panoramic tour which will pass St.Ann s Shandon which is a famous church built in 1722 and stands on the hilly slopes of the River Lee. We also visit the Butter Exchange which opened in 1770 and was where butter was graded before being exported to the rest of the world Overnight Cork Sample Tour 5

6 program Day 7 Travel to Dublin En route visit the Rock of Cashel. Dating from the 4th century the Rock of Cashel is one of Ireland s most spectacular landmarks. The large Cathedral, ancient round tower and the very early Romanesque Cormac s Chapel, perched on a dramatic outcrop of rock, have been witnesses to many of the stirring events of Irish History On arrival in Dublin we have an orientation tour, seeing the fascinating historic buildings and Georgian Squares Dinner Overnight in Dublin Day 8 Guided sightseeing tour of Dublin including St. Patrick s Cathedral which stands on the oldest Christian site in Dublin where it is said that the Saint baptized converts to the Christian faith Concert at St. Patrick s Cathedral (tbd) Visit Trinity College where we see the famous book of Kells, an 8th century illuminated manuscript An optional visit to the Jameson Whisky Distillery and learn the process of making this World famous Irish Whisky Overnight in Dublin Ireland 6
