2 ROADSHOWS/CLINICS ERNAKULAM (Kerala) New product launch event organized by Mecotronics, Ernakulam at their warehouse in June All the recently introduced products like Wireless Conference System, PRO+7500du, SPX series painted cabinet speakers, graphic equalizer, feed-back terminator etc. were explained to the dealers and users by Mr. Vadivel. COIMBATORE (Tamil Nadu) K. S. Shetty & Co. with support from Mecotronics Tamil Nadu organized a road-show in July 2017 in Coimbatore. Over 180 people visited the event which included some VIPs like K G Hospital Chairman - Dr. KG Bakthavathsalam Naidu and Congress Secretary for Tamil Nadu - Mr. Mayura Jayakumar. PALAKKAD (Kerala) Road-show at Palakkad, organised by Mecotronics, Ernakulam & Kaimannil Enterprises, Palakkad. All the new range of products like LXA amps, DXA Amps, SSA-250FX, SPA-15000, SPX-810, SPX-610, SWX-2100, L-18 & L-15 components, PMX-mixers, AIP-7000, MPA-40S, Trinity-411, PRO+7500DU etc. were on active demo. Over 250 hirers/sound professionals from Pathnamthitta and nearby towns visited the show. 2

3 ROADSHOWS/CLINICS PUDUCHERRY (Tamil Nadu) Road show was organized in Puducherry in July 17 by Kalima Electronics & Mecotronics Tamil Nadu. Over 250 people attended and the dealer saw good bookings for the day. BELLARY (Karnataka) Road Show in Bellary conducted by Navrang Electrovision & Mecotronics. People were encouraged to spend the day after the presentation with the technicians to get educated on new product features and clear all doubts regarding all technical issues. The Road Show went well, more than 200 people attended and sales of Rs. 6 lakh plus was done on the same day. YADAGIR (Karnataka) Ahuja stall in North West Karnataka Tent, Sound and Light Hirer s Annual Meet. This year it is called Yadgir Utsav More than 10,000 people of Shamiyana, Sound and Light Hirer s & their staff visited the event. Organized at Yadgir, Shahapur district in Karnataka for 2 days. It had nearly 110 different kinds of stalls. More than 4,000 people attended our stall and sales of Rs 9 Lakhs were done in two days. The Stall was arranged by Moonlight Electricals, Gulbarga with Mecotronics Karnataka. 3

4 ROADSHOWS/CLINICS BELGAUM (Karnataka) New products clinic in Belgaum conducted on 28th Nov This was held in the same building as Shri Bharat Watch Co. to increase awareness of his new shop. More than 80 people attended and sales of Rs. 2 Lakh plus was done on the same day. The clinic was arranged by Shri Bharat Watch Co., Belgaum, and Mecotronics Karnataka. SRIKAKULAM (Andhra Pradesh) Road Show was organized in August at Srikakulam by Sri Balaji Sound Service More than 500 people attended and sales of Rs. 9.0 lakhs were done on the same day. All new models and focus models like Intelligent Paging System, LXA & DXA Series Amps, ADJ-300, ACX-202, AFT-24F2, AGE- 31X2, PRO+7500du, SPX Series Speakers, SWX-1300 & 2100, L18-SW1300V Components etc were demonstrated and displayed during the show. BAHRAICH (Uttar Pradesh) Our dealer New Suhail Electronics, Bahraich (U. P.) had organised a road show in Bahraich with the support of Mr. Saket of Madan Gramophone & Radio Agency, Kanpur. This event was well attended and appreciated by over 300 visitors. All the new range of Ahuja products like LXA series (Direct Couple Amplifiers), PRO+7500du, PRO+3400, WP-220, VX-300, XPA-1500DP and Paint Finish Cabinet Speakers etc. were displayed and demonstrated during this show. 4

5 ROADSHOWS/CLINICS RAIPUR (Chhattisgarh) An exclusive event to launch the new AHUJA Line Array ALX was organized in Raipur by Ahuja Sound with the support of Mr. Tarun & team from Audio & Lights, Raipur. Over 400 visitors including all the dealers of Chhattisgarh had attended this show and very much appreciated the quality of sound of Line Array ALX and other range of Ahuja products as well. BHAVNAGAR, (Gujarat) Our dealer Alaknkar Electronics, Bhavnagar Gujarat had organized a road show in Bhavnagar with support of Hindustan Elektrotekniks, Rajkot. This event was attended & appreciated by over 200 Sound Hirers/ Institutional Customer/System Integrator. All the new range and existing products range etc were displayed and demonstrated during this show. NIZAMABAD (Telangana) Road Show at Nizamabad was organized by GM Electronics with support from Mecotronics, Hyderabad and was attended by more than 600 people and sales of Rs. 4.5 lakhs were done during the show. 5

Arranged by National Radio House and Mecotronics, Hyderabad. RAJAHMUNDRY (Andhra Pradesh) Yerukonda Sound Systems with support from Mecotronics, Vijayawada organized a road-show in November 2017 in Rajahmundry. Attended by over 300 people and sale of Rs. 6.5 lakhs was done on the same day. CHENNAI (Tamil Nadu) New Product training programmes for Dealers and their Staff conducted by Mecotronics Tamil Nadu at their office with special emphasis on Intelligent Paging Systems. 6

Customer response was very good, around 350 customers attended. Total sale during road show day was lakhs approx. RAICHUR (Karnataka) Road Show organised by Navrang Electro World and Mecotronics, Karnataka in Raichur with the focus on education and exposure of new products to the local installers, rental people and religious installs. The Road Show went well, more than 250 people attended and sales of Rs. 8 lakh plus was done on the same day. ERNAKULAM (Kerala) JAIPUR (Rajasthan) GST sensitization session, organised by Mecotronics, Ernakulam at Kochi in August Attended by almost all the dealers. GST related talk by Mr. Nasser & Mr. Naraynan along with his team of GST experts. Dealers also got to clarify all their doubts on GST. 8 TRAINING SESSIONS DELHI Mr Manoj Moolchandani, wholesaler in Bhopal brought 13 dealers from various stations of M.P. to Delhi on 6-7 October The agenda was specific to New Products to be developed, feed back on existing products and a training session on our Intelligent Paging solutions and other range of installation products. THANE (Maharashtra) Installation /New products training programme was organized by Sound Craft, Delhi in Thane, Maharashtra. More than 50 people attended and sales of 5 nos APZ & 2 Nos AIP zonal paging system was done on the same day. Mr. Deepak Malhotra, Mr. G.P. Verma and Mr. Sunil Ojha conducted the programme. NEW DELHI Dealers from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana visited Delhi for three days in Jan. 18. They visited new AHUJA factory in Noida on day one. Day two was meeting with detailed discussion on commercial and technical aspects at Holiday Inn, Mayur Vihar. Last day of the stay in Delhi included visits to AHUJA Okhla factory and SOUND & BEYOND. 8
