4 2018 AWF Youth Championships Host State Weightlifting Western Australia Inc Dates of Competition 7 th 8 th July 2018 Competition Venue Qualifying Standard Guildford Grammar School, 11 Terrace Rd, Guildford WA 6935 AWF D.II Age Eligibility Athletes born during and between years Qualifying Period 1 st January th May 2018 Categories Entry Fee 44/48/53/58/63/69/75/+75 WOMEN 8 Categories 50/56/62/69/77/85/94/+94 MEN 8 Categories $75 per participant (inc GST).Must be paid to State Association with submission of individual THIS INCLUDES ENTRY INTO THE U15 CHAMPIONSHIPS AT NO EXTA COST Awards T-Shirt Medals Top 3 per category Best Lifter Trophies (Sinclair Score) Team Trophy + photograph You need to enter online on the QWA website by midnight this Friday the 25 th May: $60 if just entering the U15 competition; $75 if entering both the U15 competition and U17 Competition; or $75 for the U17 Competition. There is no need for you to complete an individual Entry form the QWA will attend to this using the data you submit online. Lifters will need photo ID. It is also expected that if you are representing Queensland you wear a QWA Team lifting suit and a t-shirt (at a minimum). Clothing items are for sale at the QWA Office. the QWA for an order form. Unfortunately the QWA doesn t have sufficient resources to cover travel and accommodation costs of athletes.

5 We are able to assist with booking lifters and their families into the below accommodation option but places will need to be paid for in advance. Please let the office know as a matter of urgency if you would like us to book accommodation at this facility on your behalf by ing qwa@qwa.org Guildford Grammar School, the venue where the 2018 AWF U15-Youth Championships will be taking place and in close proximity to Perth Airport, has full-board accommodation (single and twin-share) available arriving no earlier than 3pm on Friday 6 July and departing no later than 10am on Monday 9 July Facility Accommodation: Cost Information $48 per person per night. (Minimum requirement 3 nights.) Includes linen Dining Hall.
