Pre-Ozwater drinks for Vietnam delegates at Mercure Melbourne Treasury Garden hotel, at 13 Spring St, Melbourne. Tuesday, 10 May :30-10 Opening Ceremony keynote session. All Vietnam delegates welcome to Ozwater at the opening ceremony in the main hall 14:00-15: :30 Guided tour for the Vietnamese delegates through the exhibition hall: Paul Smith and An Nguyen to host the tour. Delegates to meet Paul and An at the AWA stand (B01) at the Melbourne Convention Centre at 14:00. Vietnam Australia workshop: opportunities for collaboration. This workshop is for water professionals from Australia and Vietnam interested in building collaborative partnerships and creating new business opportunities. Participants will hear about current challenges facing both the Vietnam and Australian water sectors and opportunities for partnerships between Australia and Vietnam water sectors :30 See full Workshop Program on Attachment A. Happy Hour networking drinks for Vietnam delegates at the AWA stand (B01). Introduction of the Vietnam delegation to key Australian water leaders and decision makers Wednesday, 11 May :45 15:30 Site tour for the Vietnamese delegation in Melbourne: see latest developments in innovative, low cost, low maintenance water cycle management projects in Melbourne. Delegates to be picked up at either the Vibe Hotel or the Mercure Treasury Garden, 13 Spring St, Melbourne at 7:45am. For full details please see Attachment B Requirements: Hard shoes, long sleeve shirts and trousers. 15:30 Option 1. Delegates catch the bus back to the Exhibition Centre (meet at the bus stop at the front of Melbourne Zoo at 15:30) Option 2. Delegates have the opportunity to tour Melbourne Zoo and see the animals. Delegates must arrange their own transport back to the hotel

5 Attachment B: Melbourne Site Tour The site tour offers the opportunity for Vietnamese water professionals to see latest developments in innovative, low cost, low maintenance water cycle management projects in Melbourne. Australia s leading practitioners, regulators and technology providers involved in the design, construction, operation and regulation of each site will be onsite to meet with delegates and discuss experiences and challenges in the implementation of innovative water schemes. Date and time: Wed 11 May 7:45am-3:30pm Venue: the bus will pick up delegates from either the Mercure Hotel or Vibe Hotel at 7:45am. Requirements: Hard shoes, long sleeve shirts and trousers. 6 Attachment C: PPP Roundtable discussion on Public Private Partnership in Vietnam Date and time: Thursday 12 May 9:00-10:30am Servicing expanding populations of Vietnam with safe and secure water will require continued major capital expenditure and technological innovation. Investment needs are significant compared with the local revenue base. As such, the Vietnam Government is actively encouraging private investors to provide the capital required and private service providers to enter the market. Decree 15 on PPPs released in February 2015 provides the platform for enabling private sector participation in Vietnam.
