11 Evaluation of the visitor statistics - after the event The visitiors were asked to participate in an online survey. The following data is based on this survey. What was the main reason to visit the fair? 12 Evaluation of the exhibitor statistics Exhibitors were required to fill in a questionnaire on the last day of the event. The following evaluation is based on this survey. The quality of demand of the trade visitors here is constantly rising. There are more and more middle-class investors coming in addition to big groups and global players. That is a very good development for Nigeria. A highlight here at plastprintpack Nigeria 2018 is that more and more OEMs and pavilions from various countries participate at the show. Mr Mohamed Ikar Sales Manager - Kautex Maschinenbau Nigeria is one of the major markets in Africa with a big potential for growth in near future especially in agro-business, which needs also packaging. Therefore we as Kautex Maschinenbau GmbH are dedicated to be part of this growth and support our old & new customers in providing solutions for the extrusion blow molding systems & services. Since the beginning of this yearly event in 2015 we are re-building the relationship with our family owned or multinational customers and of course meeting potential new customers. One of the key-value of plastprintpack Nigeria 2018 is that we can meet our direct customers as well as our customers s end-customer. So far we meet some good visitors at the show. Mr Marco Spinger Director of Global Markets & IT Division AUMA Association of the German Trade Fair Industry After 2 days here at agrofood & plastprintpack Nigeria 2018 I can draw the following conclusions for the German Pavilion: Our exhibitors in the German Pavilion had an average of 30 contacts. And the strategy of the organizer to concentrate on trade visitors has proved successful.

14 fairtrade supports SOS Children s Villages Nigeria The cooperation between SOS and fairtrade in Africa has been going on for 15 years now. It all started back then in Algeria and Morocco. On the occasion of plastprintpack Nigeria 2018, it has now been extended to Nigeria for the first time. Visitors who registered on site had to pay an entrance fee of 1,000 Naira. The proceeds were donated to SOS Children s Village Nigeria. In this way, the quality of visitors was also increased. Click on the logo for more information:
