3 AUCTION RULES All lots offered for sale by auction are done so without any reserve price. The highest bidder shall be the purchaser at the price called by the auctioneer at the fall of the hammer. A bidder is deemed to be a principle. No one can bid for or on behalf of another person. A successful buyer at auction must nominate his/her name and car number to the auctioneer or committee member at the fall of the hammer. In the event of a disputed bid the auctioneer is the sole arbitrator and his decision is final. A bid cannot be made or accepted after the fall of the hammer. All lots are sold without any warranty. The purchaser is not entitled to possession of the goods which constitute the lot until payment has been made in full. 3
