Reference : Enclosure : - Report of the 9 th SWPHC Conference dated 7 May / Dear Hydrographer, dear colleagues It is with great pleasure that I inform you that the 10 th Conference of the IHO South West Pacific Hydrographic Commission (SWPHC) will take place in Honiara, Solomon, on 9 and 10 November On behalf of the SWPHC members, I would like first to ask the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development of Solomon and the staff of the Marine Division to accept our most grateful thanks for their kind invitation to arrange our 10 th Conference in their country.
