You can also purchase a Grounds Pass for a Day Session and then purchase a Reserved Seat on RLA or MCA for the Night Session but access to the actual Arena will start no earlier than 7.00pm. The gate opening times as listed above apply to each ticketed Session. We can also pre-sell an entry pass to Hisense Arena which has free seating first come first served. These options can be mix and matched within any given U Select or listed Package and we can quote on this prior to you making a booking with us. Please ensure you are satisfied with your mix of tickets and sessions before you book because tickets cannot be reversed once committed to. Ask us about a Margaret Court Arena Reserved Ticket it s a fabulous contemporary Arena and that s where our exclusive Bar is also located. All seats are upper level, mostly shaded Category 2: An upgrade to Cat 2 is also upper level but closer to the action + still has some sun at times (day) Category 1: These new cushioned seats are all lower level in prime locations, often in the sun (day) Super Row: The first row above the court very limited and sells out quickly (on request) mainly sun (day) On Court Seating: Contact us for seating on the court with hospitality an awesome experience! RLA roofing will close over approx. 32c or when rain is imminent. MARGARET COURT ARENA The reserved seated Show Court is located next to Rod Laver Arena and is the newest state of the art court with all four categories; Cat 3, Cat 2, Cat 1 & Super Row. When an upgrade is confirmed the transaction is final and cannot be reversed. Actual door, row and seat numbers will be confirmed when match ticket allocations are received by us. Allocations with any advised preferences (sun/shade) are then made on a date booked basis. Preferences are not guaranteed. The earlier you book, the better your seats will be. The previous seat category areas will be changed so do not refer to the older seat plans. A new seat plan is underway at the time of release of this brochure (mid-march 2018). SHADE vs. SUN: Please use sunscreen wisely for your protection! It can be very hot in Melbourne in January. Around 32c (approx.) the roof of Rod Laver Arena will be closed. Upper Level seats offer the best shade and most Category 2 seats and nearly all Category 1 seats will experience some sun during the day. Do not expect to be able to get Cat 1 seats with guaranteed shade during the day or early evening. If you have a shade preference, please advise us when booking and we will do all we can to assist. Once we receive our allocated seats we can explain any options, keeping in mind we only have a certain number of seats in designated areas. YOUR SEAT ALLOCATION & Lost Tickets don t panic you are in good hands! As an Official Tour Operator, we physically receive all our allocations from Australian Open late in Prior to this we allocate the seats to our guests based on the date they deposited across all categories. The earlier you book the better your seats will be in each category. All seats are guaranteed with all seat numbers recorded against your name in case of loss of tickets. If you lose your tickets for any session they can be replaced with an ET fee for this service at $15 per lost ticket.
