The first phase, a 454,522-square-foot outdoor fashion center, was completed in It is anchored by Belk and Bed Bath & Beyond, and features specialty retailers and restaurants such as White House Black Market, LOFT, Victoria s Secret, Charming Charlie, Fleming s Steakhouse and Pei Wei. The 202,742-square-foot power center was completed in It s anchored by H.H. Gregg, Party City and the 18-screen Regal Cinemas, one of the company s top performers in the United States. The center is located just east of the intersection of I-40 and I-75 along Parkside Drive. North Campbell Road runs to the west and Lovell Road stretches to the east.
