2 JOIN US The Karratha and Districts Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KDCCI) will present the City of Karratha Economic Forum on Thursday, 6 November 2014 at the Hyatt Regency in Perth. The City of Karratha Economic Forum will tell the story of our regional coming of age and celebrate our metamorphosis from mining town to a vibrant, regional Australian city. It will excite lively discussion and debate about what is the next step in our journey towards achieving the WA Government s Pilbara Cities vision for a stable, resident population of 50,000 people by It will also explore the emerging industries that have the potential to drive sustained economic growth and diversifi cation across the Pilbara region including tourism, agriculture, renewable energy and education. But most importantly it will put our region, its people and possibilities, at the forefront of some of Australia s leading political, business and strategic minds. The forum is expected to attract more than 200 Perth-based decision makers/infl uencers whose demanding work schedules do not allow time for regional travel commitments. This transformation has been led by major investment from the State Government into infrastructure, services and land, and I have been delighted to see private sector investment swiftly following suit in sectors including hospitality and residential property, The ultimate goal of this investment is to ensure Karratha is not just a rewarding city in which to work and trade, but also an attractive, vibrant and more affordable place for families to call home. On July 1 this year, the Shire of Roebourne offi cially became the City of Karratha, a name more befi tting this growing city s position as a regional centre in Australia s north, and a celebration of progress so far. Karratha s transformation is far from over and the City of Karratha Economic Forum will assist those looking to learn more about opportunities to invest in this transformation.

4 EVENT PARTNER $27,500 This premier sponsorship package guarantees the Event Partner primary acknowledgement on all event communications and promotional material. It creates maximum exposure and informs the target market of your involvement in the region. The Event Partner is offered the following benefi ts. Key positioning of name and logo on all promotional material and correspondence Promotional material will include event registration brochure, advertising and signage, as well as digital projection of the sponsor logo at appropriate times throughout the event Key positioning of name and logo on the event website including hyperlink to your company website Four (4) delegate passes to the forum Four (4) tickets to the sundowner Acknowledgements by Master of Ceremonies of your sponsorship at the forum Dedicated media release to announce the sponsorship Opportunity to erect display material at the forum and the sundowner Exhibition booth at the forum (2m x 2m) 1. You are responsible for the production and delivery of your corporate DVD to play at the commencement of the session. 2. You are responsible for the copywriting and supply of your one minute scripted announcement to be made by the Master of Ceremonies about your company.

5 Session sponsors will support one session (of six) throughout the event. Session sponsors are offered the following benefi ts: Acknowledgment at the commencement of the sessions, of your sponsorship of the event Opportunity to provide a corporate DVD (maximum three minutes) to play at the commencement of the session. In the event of no DVD being available, one minute scripted announcement can be made by the Master of Ceremonies about your company. Sponsorship acknowledgement on all promotional material and correspondence Promotional material will include event registration brochure, advertising and signage, as well as digital projection of the sponsor logo at appropriate times throughout the event. Sponsorship acknowledgment on the event website including hyperlink to your company website Two (2) delegate passes to the forum Two (2) tickets to the sundowner Exhibition booth at the forum (2m x 2m) 1. 6 EXHIBITION BOOTHS $5,500 A limited number of exhibitor positions are available within the forum venue. The venue will host the event registration and sundowner as well as provide a meeting place for networking opportunities. Exhibitors receive: Exhibition booth at the forum (2m x 2m) One (1) delegate pass to the forum One (1) ticket to the sundowner One (1) Exhibitor Only pass Opportunity to distribute promotional material items during network breaks. Additional Exhibitor Only passes must be purchases for attendees manning an exhibition booth. There is only one position available. The Sundowner Sponsor is offered the following benefi ts: Acknowledgment at the commencement of the sundowner, of your sponsorship of the event Opportunity to erect display material at the sundowner Opportunity to provide a corporate DVD (maximum three minutes) to play at the commencement of the session.
