4 The Metro Toronto Convention Centre at a Glance Canada s leading world-class venue for major conventions, public shows, trade shows, galas, meetings and theatre productions. Located in the heart of vibrant downtown Toronto, the MTCC is within walking distance to over 11,000 hotel rooms, and only a 25-minute air-rail ride from Toronto Pearson International Airport. On-Site Services Experienced Event Managers are assigned to every event from start to finish to assure that every detail is executed successfully. Our renowned culinary team brings unmatched quality and customization to each event s food and beverage service. In-house decorating, electrical, audio visual, security, nursing, coat check, and customs contractors. Our fully accessible venue is equipped with First Aid offices and defibrillators. They are located in both North and South Buildings. Complimentary attendee wi-fi in pre-function spaces. Customs brokerage and transportation services are located in-house to eliminate clearance delays. Business Centres and Exhibitor Services are available in both North and South Buildings. 1,700 indoor parking spaces. Guest Services located in both North and South Buildings. Exhibit Halls 442,000 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art exhibit space divides into seven halls; three halls in the North Building and four halls in the South Building. North Halls: A, B & C, total 182,000 sq. ft. (column free), divides into three sections. Hall A: 67,032 sq. ft., Hall B: 59,584 sq. ft. and Hall C: 54,936 sq. ft. South Halls: D, E, F & G, total 250,000 sq. ft. divides into four sections. Hall D: 100,000 sq. ft., Hall E: 100,000 sq. ft., each with columns on 90 ft. centres. Hall F: 25,000 sq. ft. and Hall G: 25,000 sq. ft., each column free and 10,000 sq. ft. of Swing Space. Show Manager offices: two for Halls A, B & C, five for Halls D, E, F & G, including a VIP Green Room.

5 Meeting Rooms 77 fully carpeted meeting rooms; 35 rooms in the North Building covering 37,000 sq. ft. and 42 rooms in the South Building covering 64,700 sq. ft. Soundproof, operable walls allow for versatile meeting room configurations from 400 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. The Summit Room is a VIP boardroom complete with ensuite washroom. The Terrace View and Park View meeting rooms are modern in design with east view scenery, floor to ceiling windows, and each containing ensuite washrooms. State-of-the-art built-in projectors and screens readily available in select meeting rooms. Ballroom Space 78,000 sq. ft. of fully carpeted ballroom space with upgraded finishes and flexible lighting to suit various function requirements. The North Building features the 28,000 sq. ft. Constitution Hall and the South Building contains the 50,000 sq. ft. Hall F & G. Soundproof, operable walls allow Constitution Hall to be divided into three smaller rooms and Halls F & G to be divided into smaller Hall F and Hall G. John W. H. Bassett Theatre 1,232 seat multi-purpose auditorium with superior quality seats and acoustics, seven dressing rooms, green room, backstage facilities and full orchestra pit. Exclusive, experienced in-house staging contractors provide all services including lighting and sound. Entrance, Registration and Pre-function Space Four entrances: Front Street, Skywalk (glass enclosed pathway connecting to mass transit), Internal Street (Convention Centre s weather protected walkway), and the 11,000 sq. ft.
