Development of strategic areas-sunda Straits (between Java and Sumatra) Enhanced people-to-people and government-to-government relations to support AEC and regional cohesion Recognition/harmonisation of standards and qualifications-indonesian Qualifications Framework Presidential decree No8/ Indonesia the Chair of APEC and host of the APEC Summit English is the official ASEAN regional language of government, business and education Polytechnics are expected to play a key role in supporting human resources and skills development for the MP3EI 3
