4 BANNER A-B9 LOCATION: As you enter the lobby, this banner sits direct center, just to the right of the main escalators, directly below is the main entrance to registration. The second floor is a landing area from the top of the escalators. PRICING: $30,000 ADDITIONAL OPTIONS: For an additional fee, the glass cling on the other side, which faces the main entrance/exit can also be incorporated in this prime branding site.

Each unit features four panels. PRICING: $18,000 per unit.

7 NEW IPW 2018 IDEA: OXYGEN BAR LOCATION: This free-standing unit can be set up in a central location with high traffic, or upstairs by the Exhibit Hall exit. DETAILS: Serviced by one attendant, delegates can recharge in the Mile High City by taking in their choice of 6 oxygen flavors. This unit provides three back-lit panels for messaging. PRICING: $25,000

8 CHARGING STATION LOCATION: U.S. Travel will work to position the station within a central area of the Exhibit Hall Floor in order to maximize traffic flow. DETAILS: Branded charging stations on the show floor allow delegates to power up between meetings while taking in your message and branding. Artwork is positioned on the covers of the tables (clings), as well as signage hanging above the charging station area (or adjacent). Your sponsorship is also noted in the official program. PRICING: $15,000

9 NEW IPW 2018 IDEA: IPW 50th ANNIVERSARY WALL LOCATION: This unit (shown above) will be placed in a very high traffic location for maximum exposure and viewing. DETAILS: Outreach has already begun to past IPW attendees for photos from some of their favorite IPWs (or PowWows). Our team will package the entries into a dynamic presentation celebrating IPW s 50th birthday that will include sponsor messaging and branding. This will be shown on a loop Saturday through Wednesday. The video frame offers highly visible messaging and branding space. PRICING: $30,000

11 CHAIRMAN S CIRCLE HONORS OPPORTUNITIES Dessert and Cordial Reception Sponsor Exposure Transportation Sponsor Exposure CHAIRMAN S CIRCLE HONORS OVERVIEW: The Chairman Circle Honors dinner celebrates the top producers of travel to the U.S. as nominated by U.S. Travel Chairman Circle members. AVAILABLITY: The opening reception will be sponsored by Visit California & Travel Oregon. For 2018 we are looking for one transportation sponsor and one sponsor for the post-dinner dessert and cordial reception. DESSERT AND CORDIAL RECEPTION SPONSORSHIP: U.S. Travel will work with the sponsor to customize a specialty coffee drink or dessert as well as incorporate your branding into the reception decor. This sponsorship comes with the benefit of having two staff present at the cordial/reception portion of the evening for networking and one additional staff person for the entire evening (reception/dinner and dessert reception).
