7 Security Check All Persons (Registration Gateway) To ensure that security screening can be done efficiently, please: 1. ensure that you possess a Valid Access Pass/Tickets (if on Public Day). 2. do not bring unnecessary items 3. do not bring items that are prohibited Person gets into screening lane Empty pocket contents into the basket Load all other items into X-ray machine Proceed to walk-through metal detector* End of screening *Check with handheld detector, if deemed necessary 7

8 Security Check Access to Chalet & Chalet Annex 1. Security check for both vehicle and persons is required. 2. To ensure that security screening can be done efficiently, please: display vehicle label on the top left of your windscreen. ensure that all passengers in the car, including driver, possess Valid Access Passes/Tickets (if on Public Day). do not bring items that are prohibited do not bring unnecessary items. 10 Security CEC, 5 Feb 2018 (Non-Aircraft) Sequence of Activity Security sweep will be conducted in phases from 12noon* onwards Area to be swept will be locked down, all personnel within are required to leave the area Actions Required (All) Vehicles parked in the designated Sterile Zone at the Airshow, eg: Chalet, must move their vehicles to the General Car Park by 11am All vehicles found in the Sterile Zone after 11am will be towed to the General Car Park * Timing subject to change, please refer to the Security Bulletin which will be issued nearer the event date for updated information. 10

11 Security CEC, 5 Feb 2018 (Non-Aircraft) Exhibitors are required to assist Police Officers with the inspections. Exhibitor may: 1. Appoint a key holder to be present on-site 2. Deposit keys that are properly labelled or passcodes to combination locks by 10am* on Monday, 5 Feb 2018 at Event Service Centre (ESC). 3. Allow security forces to gain access into locked areas, if deemed necessary 11

59 Important Things to Remember There is no access from Loyang Avenue/Changi Village to Airshow site. All vehicles with Airshow labels & taxis (except pre-booked taxis) to access via Tanah Merah Coast Road (TMCR) only. Pre-booked Taxis ( ) are only allowed 7pm 7am from 3-13 Feb. Public Hire Cars (Grab/Uber) are not allowed access to Airshow site at all times from 3-13 Feb. Security sweep and A&E inspection on 5 Feb. All exhibitors must leave the site, except identified key holders and Pilots/Engineer (for static aircraft display participants). Exact timing will be communicated via a separately issued Security Bulletin nearer to the event date. Please submit Form G7 Emergency Contact by 30 Jan
