9 PRODUCTION AND VALIDATION OF ACCREDITATION CARD Production and Distribution of the Pre-Valid Accreditation Card Upon the confirmation of the accreditation responsible organization on the Accreditation List, INASGOC Accreditation will issue the Pre-Valid AGACs (PVCs). During June 2018 the PVCs will be distributed to the responsible organizations. Validation of Accreditation Card The participants should visit the Accreditation Center and validate their Pre-Valid Accreditation Card to access Games Venues.

14 OTHER TYPES OF ACCREDITATION Guest Passes Main Media Center (MMC) Guest Pass MMC Guest Pass Center receives application form for the Guest Pass until 3 PM a day before the visit of the guest. Submission must be made by the Accreditation Card holder who has access right of the IBC. The guest visits the MMC Guest Pass Center and exchange the identification document for the Guest Pass. The guest must be accompanied by the applicant whose Accreditation Card grants IBC access. After completion of the visit, the guest returns the Guest Pass and collect his/her identification document. The inviter, applicant of the guest pass, or the person who is from the same responsible organization and in possession of the IBC accessible Accreditation Card accompanies the guest until the guest returns the pass to the MMC Guest Pass Center.
