7 Meet the AOT Team The AOT Group Pty Ltd (AOT) was founded in 1987 by CEO, Andrew Burnes. Today the company is owned and operated by Andrew Burnes (CEO) and Cinzia Burnes (COO). AOT has over 280 staff with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, London and Auckland. The Shipping division of AOT is headed by four professional experts who are the Senior Executives running our dedicated team. Gary Paterson, Company Director, General Manager Global Sales, joined AOT in February 2000 and is AOT s GM Global Sales. Based in London, Gary is also a Director of the AOT Group and is responsible for all AOT sales & marketing activities in the Americas, UK, Europe and the Middle East.
