Thanks to Munich s location in the Bavarian Alpine foothills, the opportunity presents itself for you to form an impression of one of Central Europe s most picturesque regions. In choosing the venues for each individual event, we tried to provide the broadest possible spectrum in order to provide both an impression of the beautiful landscape as well as introducing Munich as Germany s third largest city. From the hotel in the heart of Munich, you can visit one of the multitudes of museums, cultural highlights as well as the Munich city center with its inviting shops. In this way, you gain an impression of the mix of Bavarian tradition and the pulsating lifestyle in the Bavarian state capital. One of the excursions on offer provides the opportunity to explore the Bavarian Alpine foothills and to get an insight into Bavaria s history. In particular, we will be able to spend an evening together at Starnberger See and visit Schloss Herrenchiemsee, one of the most beautifully situated castles of King Ludwig II. Our gala evening is held directly in the heart of Munich, so that the opportunity also exists to while away the evening in one of the many bars in the surrounding area. Munich is not just home to the world renowned Oktoberfest and center of one of Europe s most important economic regions with a vast number of leading international commercial corporations, but also a city in which you can spend many wonderful moments. 8 Friday, 3 rd May 2013 PARTNERS PROGRAM 11:00 13:00 h Taste-testing tour of the Viktualienmarkt and Purveyors to the Court This tour will bring you to the Purveyors of the Royal Court of Bavaria. They were regarded as the finest shops in Munich a hundred years ago and this is still the case today: Ludwig Beck, Dallmayr, Ed Meier, Eilles, Radspieler, Rottenhöfer, Röckl and Zechbauer to name just a few. On the tour, you will have the chance to visit these shops and to learn about their development and distinctive features. The tour will then move on to the Viktualienmarkt, a farmers' market rich in tradition. Here you will learn some interesting facts on the origins of the market. You will also have the chance to taste some of the delicacies at some of the stalls. A drink at the Nymphenburg brings the tour to a close. Tour 1 11:30 15:30 h Cultural tour of Munich modern Munich. Since the turn of the millennium, Munich has been experiencing a construction boom a boom that can only be compared to the wave of modernisation triggered by the 1972 Olympic Games. We will bring you to some of the new construction projects in the city centre: Fünf Höfe (Five Courts), Palais an der Oper (formerly the main post office), the Hofstatt area of the Süddeutsche Zeitung and the Joseph-Pschorr store, Neuhauser Straße and the newly renovated Café Luitpold.

9 Then we will head to the Brandhorst Collection. More than 700 works of art were collected by Mr. and Mrs. Brandhorst, and about 160 of these are on exhibit in the museum opened in Focal points include Cy Twombly on the top floor, and the wonderful Lepanto Cycle and works by Andy Warhol on the ground floor. But the highlights don't end there! Important works by Hirst, Polke, Merz and Kounellis are also featured. Real discoveries are the paintings by Eric Fischl and Alex Katz. The tour will take in an exciting collection of modern art and the unique museum construction by Sauerbruch and Hutton. 13 CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS ACCOMMODATION The rooms have been reserved for the CONSULEGIS Spring conference and are subject to special conditions group sales. Please note individual cancellation conditions and policy on your separate Hotel Confirmation! All Hotel Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit and direct payment on the spot. Given the limited number of rooms and the fact that preferential rates cannot be guaranteed for more than the number of rooms reserved for the CONSULEGIS conference, we recommend that you make your reservations as soon as possible. Once the number of rooms reserved for the CONSULEGIS conference is sold out, or for any stay before or after these dates, CONSULEGIS will make a separate, specific request for availability in the hotel concerned (reservations will be made upon availability and subject to new rates). PRE AND POST-CONFERENCE PROGRAMME/ACTIVITIES/TOURS If the number of registered participants is inferior to the minimum indicated, the Tour may be cancelled. The cancellation conditions for individual participants have been established as follows, entailing the payment of the following charges for the programs/dinners/tours: No cancellation fees for the tours will be charged up until April 29, 2013 (10 o clock). After that: 100 % will be charged. In case of no show for any tours you have registered for, no reimbursement shall be made. In order to avoid any reimbursement problems, we earnestly advise all those who need a visa to proceed with their registration as soon as possible. We can not accept cancellations over phone. GRAPHICAL MATERIAL Participants are aware that their image be photographed throughout the duration of the conference. They hereby assign to CONSULEGIS, with their signature of this form, the right to use the material within the official CONSULEGIS communication tools (Internet, Intranet, Newsletter, etc.) for an unlimited term and free of charge.

14 INSURANCE (at your own charge) If you are taking part in a pre or post-conference program you have the obligation to acquire an assistance/repatriation insurance. With regard to your participation in the congress, we recommend that you purchase an insurance policy providing hospitalisation and medical expenses coverage. For your information, the insurance policy may be included if you pay by credit card (please check with your bank to see the details about such coverage). CONSULEGIS accept no liability in case a congress participant fails to purchase such an insurance policy. GENERAL CONDITIONS CONSULEGIS reserve the right to cancel or postpone the congress to a later date, change the congress venue and/or program, make any corrections or modifications in the information published in the congress program and cancel any invitation to participate in the congress, at any time and at their entire discretion, without having to provide any reasons for the same. Neither CONSULEGIS nor any of its managers, employees, agents, members or representatives shall be held responsible for any loss or damage, of any nature, suffered (directly or indirectly) by a conference delegate, accompanying person or a third party following any cancellations, changes, postponements or modifications. FORMALITIES It is the responsibility of conference participants to ensure compliance with police, immigration, customs and health formalities for their journey. Congress participants unable to take part in the congress because of their inability to take a flight or any other means of transportation due to being unable to provide the documents required (passport, visa, vaccination certificate, etc.) cannot claim any reimbursement. HEALTH The organizers decline any responsibility in case of any health problems existing prior to the conference that may lead to complications or be aggravated during the entire period of the stay: pregnancy, cardio-vascular problems, any allergies, special diets, any disorders under treatment and not yet consolidated on the day the congress starts, psychic, mental or depressive illness, etc. (Non exhaustive list).

15 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ENTRY FORMALITIES Nationals or residents of European Union/Schengen/European Economic Area member countries do not need a visa to enter Germany. For Canadian or US citizens, as well as for many other nationalities, a tourist stay of less than 90 days in the Schengen area does not require you to apply for a visa. Passport and identity documents EU citizens can travel to Germany with a national identity card; for others, a passport is required. Foreigners with a Schengen residence permit must also present their permits. We still recommend that you contact the German embassy or consulate of your country of residence before your departure. AIR TRANSPORT There are many airlines serving Munich, with either direct or connecting flights.
