BIALL s 49th Annual Study Conference & Exhibition will be held at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole in June The Association s members and Conference delegates come from many jurisdictions world wide but principally England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. 3 Exhibition The Exhibition is an important and integral part of the Annual Conference. It provides a forum in which suppliers can exhibit and demonstrate products as well as an opportunity to meet with Conference delegates. The Exhibition provides members of the Association with a focused annual opportunity to view new products, to meet trade representatives and to interact generally with suppliers. Conference delegates will be invited to meet the exhibitors in the Exhibition area where refreshments and lunches will be served. The Exhibition will be held in The Palace Suite at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole and will be open from 9.00a.m. on Thursday 7th June 2018 and close after lunch on Saturday 9th June Product showcase This year s Product showcases will run during the lunch breaks and provide an opportunity for a 20-minute product demo to larger groups of delegates. Product showcases are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Lightning talks 2018 Lightning talks will provide an informal platform for both delegates and exhibitors to share new developments, projects or practical tips in 5-10 minutes. Ideal for short, snappy presentations such as how tos, quick case studies, or best practice topic tips. PLATINUM GOLD SILVER BRONZE Platinum Sponsorship Platinum Sponsorship will be awarded to the major sponsors (the sponsors of main events) of our Annual Conference. Platinum Sponsorship is the highest form of recognition and is awarded to organisations offering substantial sponsorship of the Conference. This level of sponsorship includes a number of features of benefit to a Platinum Sponsor including elements of co-branding, substantial use of sponsor s logo and prominent acknowledgement arrangements. Platinum Sponsorship is subject to negotiation. Gold Sponsorship Gold Sponsorship will be awarded to the sponsors of main events or promotions at our Annual Conference with a financial spend in excess of 5,000. Gold Sponsorship will also attract elements of co-branding, use of logos and prominent acknowledgement. Silver Sponsorship Silver Sponsorship will be awarded to the sponsors who sponsor elements of events or promotions at our Annual Conference with a financial spend in excess of 2,000. Silver Sponsorship will also attract elements of co-branding, use of logos and acknowledgement. Bronze Sponsorship Bronze Sponsorship will be awarded to the sponsors who sponsor elements of events or promotions at our Annual Conference with a financial spend of less than 1,000.
